I have rentals that have started to have roof issues and I'm getting ready for some roof replacements. Sean took the time to tell me which ones needed patching and which ones I should get ready to replace. Thank you very much for taking the time to explain your services and your prices. I've been talking to a few roofers for awhile now. It is very refreshing to deal with contractors that are not trying to push you into buying something you don't need or rush you into spending money you don't have. In our vacation home in Cali, we had two skylights that needed replacement, a dormer causing a roof leak that the original roofing company tried to fix but didn't, and a soffit that was dented by another contractor and needed replacing. Sean from IGreen Remodeling contacted me and set up an appointment the following week. Sean took the time to explain what needed to be done and sent me a detailed proposal for a very reasonable price. Sean's team was very professional and cared about doing an excellent job. A new issue with a roof leak was identified and they spent extra days fixing that problem. That's why it's such a relief to have been referred to and worked with the gentlemen at I-Green Remodeling. They did roof and siding for my neighbor's home that I very much admire, so I called them. Despite a couple small hiccups that were easily and quickly rectified, I received prompt, professional, fairly priced service. The resulting renovation is nothing short of remarkable.

The work is so beautiful my neighbors on the other side are using them too for their project. I can not recommend them enough, especially Sean. He truly cares that his clients are happy with the work.

Thank you to the guys at IGreen Remodeling ! We've been living in our home here in CA for years and didn't think that we would be able to get a new roof and siding. Last year, our insurance company told us that our roof was fine and the only damage was a manufacturing defect.
The guys from IGreen remodeling knocked on our door offer a free inspection. My husband was kind of defensive at first, but they had all the credentials we could think of and earned my business!
They did what they said they would do, met the adjuster and got our roof approved for a replacement when the last company didn't!!

IGreen Remodeling installed a white silicone roofing system over our existing 30,000-SF metal roof on one of our single-story shop/warehouse located in Valley village . They did a great job. The shop/warehouse remained occupied during their work and, to our surprise, they did not disrupt or impact our daily operation - not once. Also, due to the expensive equipment that is located within our shop and in our yard, we were concerned with damage from the sprayed-on material. However, we had no over-spray issues and no damage to either interior or exterior equipment. Sean's crew kept a clean and organized lay-down area, never left any trash around our shop, and completed the project on-time and on-budget. We were so impressed that we're currently scheduling work on our other facilities. We highly recommend IGreen Remodeling

IGreen fixed my chimney where it connects to the house and sealed and stuccoed the whole brick chimney preventing further leaks and improving the looks of the house, they did a fine job.

Very, very impressed with IGreen Remodeling. I happened to look up at my roof yesterday and notice something just looked around a vent so popped into the attic to find out I had an open air view of the sky!!! The vent had completely blown off and my house was open to the elements.

I called Igreen and the gentleman that answered was professional, quick to identify the issue, give us a price and was able to send someone out the next day. When they realized that they could not try the part until Monday they still came out and patched up the roof to protect our home and were in contact about who to expect and what time. They returned with the part and fixed the vent / roof quickly and expertly,

We got three quotes from different roofers before choosing IGreen Remodeling . After meeting Sean and seeing their price point right in the middle of the range of quotes, it was a no brainer. We were not disappointed. The job began exactly as scheduled aka right on time, and they managed to remove our old roof and put on a new one in less than three days. The crew was respectful of both us and our neighbors and did a great job cleaning up. After the job was finished there was some detritus in a courtyard (that the crew could not possibly have seen), and when we texted Sean about it he came over the very next day and cleaned it up himself. To have a higher up employee focusing on such a minor detail speaks to their customer service and commitment to our satisfaction. I could not recommend them strongly enough.
