From the day the IFC representative, Ms. Darlene Roth, came to my door the roof replacement by the IFC team was conducted expediently, with skill, and concern for the home owner. Mrs Roth was experienced and skilled in dealing with insurance companies, especially USAA. Also, she had extensive knowledge of roofing materials and procedures. She diligently made sure that each of the subcontractors arrived at precisely the right time and performed their part of the job to satisfaction. After the job was competed to my total satisfaction and well above expectation Ms. Roth remained in contact to be sure that no problems had developed over time. There have been none.

IFC did a great job, and they well be my choice if any roofing needs ever arrive.

I strongly recommend IFC Roofing and Tex Farrar. IFC Roofing and Tex are very familiar with the insurance company process and came out and did a complete inspection of our roof, gutters, screens, and windows. When the insurance adjuster came out there wasn't much to dispute as IFC Roofing had already identified all the issues to address and it was 100% accurate.
For those wondering - I would contact a roofer before the insurance company as the roofer is going to identify everything to be addressed including gutters and screens and windows - let insurance argue why it doesn't need replacing. An experienced company like IFC Roofing and Tex will have everything covered for you.
The great part is IFC Roofing will also serve as your general contractor and arrange for the gutters and screens to get done on your timeline so you're not missing work or appointments. I'm fairly hard to please as we built our home and IFC Roofing and Tex were a professional team who tore off and replaced our roof in 1 day, then cleaned up where we didn't find a single nail - that was of great concern with our dogs.
We upgraded the roof to Class 4 shingle for better hail resistance (Google) and now save a little over 25% (TOTAL) on our homeowners insurance. ROI, 2.35 years in our case for the upgrade. Already received a check back from State Farm on this year's premium.
I'd encourage you to call IFC Roofing at their main number (817) 706-6070 and maybe ask for Tex Farrar. Can say enough positive things about both!

I cannot say enough good things about IFC roofing. First of all they cold called and knocked on my door and normally I won't even answer. Dagan Bell got my attention immediately by his confidence and professionalism from the start. I am a builder so I am very cautious when selecting a contractor to work with. I researched IFC online and saw how many excellent reviews they had so decided to work with them. It was a very slow process because of insurance claim delays and covid delaying some of the work getting completed especially the interior paint work etc.. Dagan and all of the awesome staff at IFC were super patient with me and the delays so kudos to them for that alone. I am easy to work with but very demanding and expect professional work done. The work was just completed last week and I can sincerely say- I would not hire anyone else than IFC to work with again. They are great, ask for Dagan Bell at IFC, you'll be glad you did!

Kudos to IFC Roofing and Mitch! We had our roof replaced and also got all new gutters and downspouts. They work closely with your insurance company and they did an excellent job. Easy to work with and they did everything they promised. They ended up replacing our chimney too. Turned out great. Very reliable! Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

My family had the pleasure working twice with IFC Roofing and both times have been great - our house and our parents' ! Juston had been our main contact. He and team were very professional. They walked us through the process and spent time explaining all the questions and concerns we had. His team were responsible and great to work with. We had two large dogs that stayed mainly in the yard and they were courteous to let us know they were coming in advance. Juston always followed up and followed through, very patient.
