Did my residential roof. Had and have lots of problems. Did not install my roof to code. Called them on it and just got lies. More likely than not they use illegal labor for residential work. Not recommended.
I have had over 20 roofs installed on my properties over the years. My regular roofer has passed away and I had an emergency. I don't find them to be honest.

We are so pleased with our roof that IES installed. Cary was wonderful to work with. He worked within our insurance company's quote providing the best quality products within that scope. We had no surprises and knew what was happening every step of the way. Cary even checked on us after an evening of severe weather. The roofers worked tirelessly all day to get the work complete. Everyone was polite and cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend IES roofing!

My review is for the roof inspector, Cary. Called to make appointment for an inspection. Cary called back to set up an appointment after lunch on Friday, no set time. A neighbor of mine had also called and asked for an inspection for hail damage. I never mentioned hair damage to Cary. Cary said he would come after the inspection at my neighbors. While at the neighbors home, the homeowner across the street asked him to look at her roof as well. She was told she had poor installation and wanted verification. So Cary went to her house next, instead of mine, didn't see hail damage at that home so just never came to my home. No call, no text, NOTHING! I texted him later and he said since neither of my neighbors had hail damage I wouldn't either. I wanted a roof inspection as well as an estimate on a rolled roof for my screened in porch. But since he never bothered to come, he didn't know that. And again, no phone call, no text, NOTHING! He offered to come back after I contacted him, but why would I even give him my business?
