Steven was very professional and explained in detail repairs that needed to be made to repair my leak in my garage. He was knowledgeable and had a solid background in roofing since he had experience working with his dad. He knew exactly what the problem was and explained exactly how he would fix it. I don't usually submit reviews, but Steve and the crew was amazing. Very professional and treated the project like if it was his own home. Trash was picked up everyday and he used the best materials on the market. Came out to Burbank and was on time everyday. Was very careful not to damage brand new stucco facia boards. Our home is now dry inside. From my experience with Steven and his crew at IE Roofing 247 I can highly recommend him and the quality of his work. I believe he is reasonably priced especially for the quality I've seen. We own a 60+ year old ranch style house and Steven has located and repaired difficult to find roof leaks, identified structural problems in the roof, replaced over 4000 sq.ft of my roofing, replaced fascia boards, repaired rafter tails, and removed rooftop hvac ducting I no longer needed.
I was introduced to Steven about 3years ago when he was doing work on a neighbor's roof and asked him if he could come see if he could locate a roof leak we couldn't find. This leak was a serious problem because water would drip down the dining room chandelier electrical cord. It took him about 10 minutes on the roof to identify the leak's source location. The leak ended up being over 15 ft from where we saw the water in the house. We decided to replace part of the roofing prior to getting solar. Instead of adding a layer of new shingles over the existing shingles we had him tear off the roofing to the wood. He identified a dip in the roof that a previous roofer layered roofing material to make the roof flat. He gave me time to correct the problem before completing the roofing. Later I had him back to fix a leak that was located under a rooftop heat pump on a part of the roof we hadn't replaced the shingles. Each time he's worked on the roof I've had him replace fascia boards and repair rafter tails.
I have recommended Steven to a few of my neighbors when they needed roofing repairs and they have all been satisfied with the quality of the repairs Steven has done. I still have sections of my roof that will need shingles and fascia replaced in the future and will have no hesitation having Steven and his crew back to make the repairs.
