I agree 100% with the bad rating for ideal exteriors roofing. The new roof they put in leaked worse than the old one. And now we have a new leak due to their incompetence and workmanship that will be fixed by another roofing company costing us 700.00. Please stay away from these storm chasers that do shoddy work/

One star is too complimentary for this company. We paid Ideal Exteriors (previous name) in full to install a new roof on our home, and of course it came with a warranty. Just a few months afterwards, we noticed water coming into our attic and contacted the company. The phone rep kept telling us they were busy and someone would return our calls. This went on for weeks. No one ever responded to our calls. No one from this company ever came back to our house to even look at the brand new leaking roof. Never.
