What do you want in a contractor when a 70 foot tree falls into your house? Reliability, advocacy, kindness, honesty, availability. Tyler demonstrated all these traits- when we initially met with him, and all the way through the restoration. He instilled confidence by clearly stating the plan for completion right up front and made it clear he would negotiate on our behalf with the insurance company. He delivered on the promised date of completion and was available to quickly follow up on issues with the subcontractors. His subcontractors were all excellent and they went above and beyond. His knowledge of the rebuilding process was so helpful and reassuring. We wholeheartedly recommend Tyler and his company.

Buyer beware! I would give this company a zero star.
Summer of 2019 our roof was replaced by Ideal Roofing & Exteriors Inc.; the chimney was not sealed correctly, and we did not know this until months later after rains caused the leak to damage the interior wall of the house. It caused damaged to the crown molding, drywall, window seals and molding. We contacted the company on multiple occasions with no response, finally they sent a worker out and he confirmed the leak and sealed the chimney, however they did not repair the inside damage. After many more attempts to get someone out to help with interior damage, Michael came out in March of 2020 to look at the damage, he assured us it would be taken care of. I did request that an outside company do the interior repairs due to the lack of confidence in his team. He said he would get back to us. Many phone calls and texts later we are still living with the damage their company created. December 18th, 2020 Michael was contacted again, and he said that he would have one of his employees reach out to his contractor and we never heard back from anyone. A complaint was sent to the Better Business Bureau with failed attempt to contact them. We are looking to have a pay out so we can have the damage taken care of and for the inconvenience they have caused us.
Do not contract with this company, worst mistake!
