One star is unacceptable for this company. Mr.James previously completed a project for a relative. My expectations were high. He spoke of his 30+years experience along with his ups and downs in the roofing industry.

Free estimate conducted, quote issued, price agreed upon. Underlining of tile roof replaced. Estimated time of completion 3 days. Two and a half weeks later, work not completed, it rained. I now have leaks and and a partially open roof.

I requested Mr. James not continue because clearly he had no idea or plan of action. I am now left with a roof, that will need to be removed.

BEWARE The worst ""licensed roofer"" you can deal with. He came to my home promising to fix my leak on my roof which is now turned into absolute nightmare. He claims to have 30 year experience and tries to convince you he is honest professional not trying to upsell his services. He said the work would take a day and half and he came with his son and literally spent 1 hour and half on my roof but we gave him the benefit of the doubt since hes licensed. The Following days the rain came and my roof was leaking still in the same area. I hired another licensed roofer to take a look and found out nothing was done to fix the leak. On top of that, there were a lot of broken tiles everywhere and some tiles were not even put back in place and stacked somewhere on the roof. I do not know how this person is even licensed. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire him because now i will have to sue him in court for the money i had already paid him and for damages he has caused to my roof.

We used James's service twice for our home in Rancho Cucamonga. First to fix our roof leak that we noticed during the heavy rains at the end of 2021, and another time for Santa Ana wind damage and slipped tiles on our roof in January. Me being a night shift nurse, my husband had the most interaction with him and he always spoke highly of James. Communication is 5 star, pricing is 5 star, professionalism is 5 star, and his work is 5 star. There is also a warranty included in the work for added reassurance. We hope this is the end of our roof problems, but if we do have roofing issues again we'll definitely call him again and no one else!

We spotted a leak coming from the concrete tile roof in our garage. We called up James to take a look and he identified the problem immediately.

James provided a very fair quote and set reasonable expectations about him being available in 3 days. He was able to fix the issue in about 6 hours.

While it hasn't rained since we spotted the leak, I believe the troubled area has been resolved. I appreciate that he set clear expectations, his pricing was fair, and he is knowledgeable in both commercial and residential roofing. He's also a genuinely kind individual.

I hope my roof doesn't give me any issues in the future but if so, I know I can count on James to get the job done.

We needed to get roof vents installed. James was prompt in responding and scheduling an inspection. After the inspection, he kept us in the loop on when he would come by and install the vents and how many. Great service overall and a job well done. Already my house feels cooler. The vents look great as well!

I contacted James after finding a leak in my ceiling and was worried that I would have to replace the whole roof! He came by the next day after I texted him and took a quick look and reassured me the leak was only coming from one spot...phew. He was very honest in his assessment and the condition of my roof so I knew I had to go with him. He was very punctual and even went the extra mile to remove an old tv antenna and satellite dish that was up there. It rained the following week and no more leak! I highly recommend him and will definitely use him for any future roofing needs.

Contacted James this morning at 8:00 am and he promptly responded by 8:10 am, and arrived at my OC home mask and all by 1:00 pm.

James inspected the roof and informed me that my roof leak was from nothing more than a very minor non roof maintenance repair that he or even I can perform.

I appreciate James' responsiveness and true honesty. Icon Unlimited Roofing, Inc., is now one of my ""go to"" contractors.

James is a highly skilled professional roofer. I has a leak that reoccurred after a different company claimed it was fixed. James did a great job diagnosing the issues and did a thorough job ensuring it would be fixed for the long term. He went out of his way to ensure it was a professional job! I would highly recommend him.
