Dana gave Me a quote of 1000 dollars.. He underbid Job,, Did NOT have a written CONTRACT,, and I felt sorry for this young man,,and paid him 1000 dollars more then his original bid.. He was NOT satisfied with the payment and kept harassing Me while I was on my job and Literally going thru the extremes of Blowing CARBON SOOT on my Son and Wife and I while we were standing in front of our business on Rose lane in the same business park where his was located.. As far as his CREW and the work that was done.. The FLAT roof still had water standing on it after the work was done.. I explained to Dana that the roof needed more slope which was NOT done.. I even gave his workers free drtinks and even helped them pick up.. He also even had the material delivered to the job site and it was just dropped in the driveway and in the area of town where I live,,this should NEVER be done as it will disappear and then He would of been out about $750 in material. If I would not have moved it to the backyard where it was secure after 2 weeks of waiting for him to show up..it would of literally been stolen.. And now I am being harassed by a debt collector for 600 more dollars.. He cashed the check for $2000 dollars which stated on the check, Full and Final payment..A verbal handshake quote with witnesses of $1000... I told him to be satisfied with what I paid him and to leave Me alone....Coming to my place of employment wanting Me to write him another check as He stated that He had tore up the one that I wrote him. And then cashed it after I did not write another for more money.. Want to be a honest business man.. Act like one,, Dont quote a consumer one amount and try and get more and in the future have a written contract and Bid a Job correctly.. M15996 Master Plumber Texas

Icon honored the Warranty they gave the prior owners of my home after I had some water damage from the recent snow/ice storm. If they had not told me about the Warranty, I would have never known. Thanks Icon for your help!

Icon replaced my roof last year. Unfortunately, I have a leak in my ceiling. I reached out multiple times with no return. Another roofer tried calling him too as this should be under warranty, and he also did not receive a response.

I moved into a new house which had a new roof placed by Dana and Icon Roofing. He came to check in on us after we moved and informed us of the details of the roof he placed and further benefits which we did not know about it before moving in. He offered further services which greatly helped improve our roof and house.

Dana is a standup and honest guy who guarantees his work. He also kept us in the loop with details of the project and who to contact. His crew was professional and worked fast and efficiently.

I would definitely recommend him.

I do not recommend ICON roofing. It took over 9 months to receive our final invoice, when it arrived it was $11K over the proposal I was provided. Before receiving the final invoice I was pressured to ""write a bad ass review and say something about all the ObVIOUS fake reviews written by the same person (on google you can see them). I'm getting hammered by that asshole as of the 12th on google, yelp and BBB"" Dana 9/21/2019. Based upon my experiences I do NOT recommend doing business with I""CON"" roofing.

Having unexpected construction work done to your home can be very stressful if you don't hire the right company. Dana Gregory the Owner, and his team installed my roof and did an excellent job! If I had a question or concern, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and reassured me that his crew would do a great job. It is a relief to have a company do exactly what they say they are going to do and exceed expectations. He provided everything for my roof claim with insurance and was very detailed with videos and photos. One thing I love about Dana is that he actually goes on the roof himself and uses the company Facebook page to live stream the current job his company is working on. If I had any issue, this company was there to help and I feel very comfortable recommending Dana to my community. Thank you Icon Roofing and Construction for making my full replacement roof experience a positive one.

I met the owner Dana during some conflict with my neighbor over our shared fence. I don't think it was any fault on Dana's part, but he made everything right to make everyone happy in the end. Scott and Melisa built the fence for us, and it's clearly the best on our street in terms of quality and style. Communication with Dana was great, whether it's text messages or phone calls. He is a busy guy, and sometimes, I don't get a response immediately, which is fully understandable. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about this. My impression of Dana is that he is really dedicated to taking care of his customers and providing high quality services. Unlike some other contractors, he does care about the end results, and customers' satisfaction. Even if things might not start off perfectly, he would do his best to make it right in the end. I will certainly use their services again, and recommend them to my friends.

I had roof replacement by this company. First, they push me to sign a contract, and they said they would apply for a city permit, but after the roof was replaced, they still did not apply for it. Cheating.

Later I called , I find it is one-person's (Dana) company.

They never return your calls, texts, emails, voice mails -neither their office nor their cell.

Dana always has his professional excuse: ""I am busy, I cannot contact you"". Or ""I am involved in a motorcycle /car accident ""

I had high hopes when Dana Gregory was referred to me by a neighbor friend. Dana's inspectors came down from the roof saying we needed a whole new roof and since I had four or five leaks, I assumed he was correct. He strongly encouraged me to file a claim which I did but Allstate sent out a very experienced disaster specialist from Tampa who was professional and polite but vastly disagreed with Icon and said that the repair estimate would not exceed the deductible. Bragging that he never loses an argument with insurance adjusters about replacing a whole roof, Dana suddenly evaporated and failed to return my calls and emails begging for quick help with the spot repairs I needed with all the rain that was forecast. Once he realized that my project was a relatively small project costing $5000 instead of very expensive complete new roof paid with insurance proceeds...Dana was history and could not be bothered.
Yesterday I gladly paid my new roofer Victor and his work crew were exceptionally professional, punctual, friendly, courteous, efficient, and effective. They spent two full days on my roof and in various rooms of my home making repairs, tape and bed, and painting. They cleaned up everything and I could not have been more pleased. Now I have Victor and Luy's Roofing to take care of any further problems and at a fair and reasonable cost......Thank goodness.

Had our roof done by them after that big hail storm. So when we had a leak in our home and needed it fixed we thought sure why not.
Got the job done ok. In the beginning seemed fine but as time went on thing changed. Extremely unprofessional behavior. While we were out of the house items have gone missing from our home and when we asked about them we were ignored. It isn't just one or two items it is a large Tupperware worth. Dana wouldn't finish the job until they got paid which was up to insurance company not us. Made us feel as if our home was being held hostage. Alot of things about the work they did are done without care. And when asked about them we just get an excuse and a shrug.
Everything still isn't 100% done but he ghosted us after we gave him the check. Only gave him the check to be done with having to deal with him. Using another handyman to finish everything now. Happy to be done with them.

Very difficult to get ahold of too even before he dropped contact after the check.
