Where do I even start. We've been working with Dana and Icon Roofing for a while now. By Far one the best Roofing Contractors in the business. Quick, efficient, true to his word and even beyond. We work with ALOT if builders and Contractors in the Metroplex. There are a few that are true to their word and even fewer that go beyond. That's how good businesses used to be. It's good to see there are still good businesses out there like this. An absolute pleasure to work with. Every icon customer that I have worked with had been extremely satisfied in every aspect of the process. Good Job Dana and the Icon Team for doing their thing.

Decent salesman...HORRIBLE roofer. HORRIBLE, Run. Run fast, Shady business. You'll be covered in calls to insurance to fix the issue. If you need to file a claim against this company they supposedly have insurance with Scottsdale Insurance Company. Best of luck to you.

If you're desperately seeking a company that excels at overcharging ""by mistake"", offers the convenience of working at night (because who needs daylight?), and occasionally turns a blind eye to inconsequential details like exposed nail heads and unsecured flashing, then look no further than the legendary Aw Hail ICON Roofing. Let's not forget their generous 5-year workmanship warranty, which may or may not come in handy since getting them to fix anything promptly is about as easy as herding cats. And hey, if their shoddy work causes any additional damage, don't count on them to take any responsibility whatsoever unless you're comfortable with them screwing up another area of your home (should they actually decide to show up). If you've used this company and have any uncertainties about your Aw Hail ICON Roofing installation, you can request a free inspection from another roofing company, hopefully, a reputable one (Tip: search Roofing Contractors Association of Texas). I highly encourage anyone who's unlucky enough to have already hired them to meticulously scrutinize every last detail of their finished job, comparing it to the original insurance claim, just in case you stumble upon any delightful surprises.

Dana gave Me a quote of 1000 dollars.. He underbid Job,, Did NOT have a written CONTRACT,, and I felt sorry for this young man,,and paid him 1000 dollars more then his original bid.. He was NOT satisfied with the payment and kept harassing Me while I was on my job and Literally going thru the extremes of Blowing CARBON SOOT on my Son and Wife and I while we were standing in front of our business on Rose lane in the same business park where his was located.. As far as his CREW and the work that was done.. The FLAT roof still had water standing on it after the work was done.. I explained to Dana that the roof needed more slope which was NOT done.. I even gave his workers free drtinks and even helped them pick up.. He also even had the material delivered to the job site and it was just dropped in the driveway and in the area of town where I live,,this should NEVER be done as it will disappear and then He would of been out about $750 in material. If I would not have moved it to the backyard where it was secure after 2 weeks of waiting for him to show up..it would of literally been stolen.. And now I am being harassed by a debt collector for 600 more dollars.. He cashed the check for $2000 dollars which stated on the check, Full and Final payment..A verbal handshake quote with witnesses of $1000... I told him to be satisfied with what I paid him and to leave Me alone....Coming to my place of employment wanting Me to write him another check as He stated that He had tore up the one that I wrote him. And then cashed it after I did not write another for more money.. Want to be a honest business man.. Act like one,, Dont quote a consumer one amount and try and get more and in the future have a written contract and Bid a Job correctly.. M15996 Master Plumber Texas

Icon honored the Warranty they gave the prior owners of my home after I had some water damage from the recent snow/ice storm. If they had not told me about the Warranty, I would have never known. Thanks Icon for your help!

Icon replaced my roof last year. Unfortunately, I have a leak in my ceiling. I reached out multiple times with no return. Another roofer tried calling him too as this should be under warranty, and he also did not receive a response.

I moved into a new house which had a new roof placed by Dana and Icon Roofing. He came to check in on us after we moved and informed us of the details of the roof he placed and further benefits which we did not know about it before moving in. He offered further services which greatly helped improve our roof and house.

Dana is a standup and honest guy who guarantees his work. He also kept us in the loop with details of the project and who to contact. His crew was professional and worked fast and efficiently.

I do not recommend ICON roofing. It took over 9 months to receive our final invoice, when it arrived it was $11K over the proposal I was provided. Before receiving the final invoice I was pressured to ""write a bad ass review and say something about all the ObVIOUS fake reviews written by the same person (on google you can see them). I'm getting hammered by that asshole as of the 12th on google, yelp and BBB"" Dana 9/21/2019. Based upon my experiences I do NOT recommend doing business with I""CON"" roofing.

Having unexpected construction work done to your home can be very stressful if you don't hire the right company. Dana Gregory the Owner, and his team installed my roof and did an excellent job! If I had a question or concern, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and reassured me that his crew would do a great job. It is a relief to have a company do exactly what they say they are going to do and exceed expectations. He provided everything for my roof claim with insurance and was very detailed with videos and photos. One thing I love about Dana is that he actually goes on the roof himself and uses the company Facebook page to live stream the current job his company is working on. If I had any issue, this company was there to help and I feel very comfortable recommending Dana to my community. Thank you Icon Roofing and Construction for making my full replacement roof experience a positive one.

I met the owner Dana during some conflict with my neighbor over our shared fence. I don't think it was any fault on Dana's part, but he made everything right to make everyone happy in the end. Scott and Melisa built the fence for us, and it's clearly the best on our street in terms of quality and style. Communication with Dana was great, whether it's text messages or phone calls. He is a busy guy, and sometimes, I don't get a response immediately, which is fully understandable. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about this. My impression of Dana is that he is really dedicated to taking care of his customers and providing high quality services. Unlike some other contractors, he does care about the end results, and customers' satisfaction. Even if things might not start off perfectly, he would do his best to make it right in the end. I will certainly use their services again, and recommend them to my friends.
