Where do I begin??! Initially I gave them a review on Yelp, some 3 years back. I was over the top amazed, even referred them to my Pastor. Ron came out in the rain to take a look at our roof, did a quick patch (which is leaking now), told me that there were a couple other spots that would need some work and that he'd send me an estimate. Fast forward to now, those spots he mentioned do need some work. I called, got an appointment, even got ""Ron Jr."" to stop by and take a look. Came down, showed me the pics he took, ""should be about $1500 -$1800, but I'll have my dad check my numbers and we'll send you an estimate"". That was 3 weeks, 2 texts, and a phone call ago. I've never met a company that I had to chase to give my money to.. I feel like I should have heeded the warning signs on Yelp or even when Ron didn't send the estimate the 1st time. Guess I learned now.

Ron and his team were professional and did a wonderful job repairing my roof! He and the crew did an outstanding job and were incredibly communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend Ichi Ban.

I got an estimate and had some repairs done recently in December as my roof started leaking and Ron saw a hole in my roof I had no ideal was even there. Glad I got it done because with the last round I heavy rain I had no problem. Ron was very nice, personable and kept his word. He was very professional and so were his staff. I would definitely recommend his business.

I highly recommend Ichi Ban Roofing for the fantastic job they did on our church roof. We have experienced leaks during the rainy season for decades. We have serviced the roof with several roofers over the years but the water always found it's way into the church. Then Ichi Ban was sent to us by God via our Brother Frank, congregation member and President of our Board of Directors. Mr. Latham and Frank worked out a plan to prevent leaks and it worked wonderfully. Brother Frank recently passed away leaving a legacy of service and dedication. One of his greatest acts was securing Ichi Ban to perform the roof service. We thank God for Mr. Latham and all he did for True Gospel Missionary Baptist Church at 7723 S. Hoover Street in Los Angeles, CA. Thank you Ichi Ban!

Ron and his team just started on a complete roof replacement to my garage. So far, the experience has been professional, timely and a pleasure. Having had a lot of work to my home over the past two years, this has been one of the very best experiences by far.
Ron also did some repairs to my mom's roof last year and that experience was great as well.
Once the job is complete, I'll update my review, but didn't want to miss the opportunity to review this company.
Oh, wanted to mention that they are the cleanest work crew I've seen in a good while. Made sure all nails and materials were cleaned up before they left for the day. They also perform an inspection after each phase of the work being performed and the crew are professional and considerate of your property.

Dealing with contractors can be stressful but dealing with Ichiban was a pleasure. The owner, Ron, is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They started the project when he said they would and completed the work in a few days. I am very happy with my new roof and have had no issues. I highly recommend them.

i had a leak on my flat roof for way too long. back in autumn last year, i called and scheduled to meet with ron. he was very knowledgeable and explained why i was having this leak. the price was very reasonable and fair. they roof was fixed within the week.

after all the rain this winter, my roof hasn't leaked at all!!!! i am so glad i hired ICHI BAN ROOFING ... ron and his crew were a pleasure to work with.

Ichi Ban Roofing has been great to work with. Ron and the whole team were very professional and timely for repairing our roof. After a big rain storm, we discovered that our mini-split AC units were not properly sealed and it was leaking. Ron came out within a few days for a consultation and the following day a small crew resealed our roof. The cost was very fair and affordable for a job well done. I would recommend them!
