We were experiencing some roof damage from the latest rain weather. I called Ichi Ban roofing who installed our roof in 2006. Typical warranty is 5 years. They came out and performed a free roof maintenance service and repaired our roof. This service included: Remove and replace several damaged shingles, relaying black paper, re-sealing all vent pipes and chimneys. Regular cost for this service is $650.00
Ichi Ban has agreed to waive this fee. We are pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Ron and his team.

We were referred to Ron and his crew by a neighbor, after having several other roofers flake on us. We have a mixed roof - mostly tile and one flat section - and needed several sections repaired. They responded quickly, accommodated a last minute need on our end to reschedule our first appointment, and had a crew on-site 4 days after we gave them our deposit.

What we really appreciated was the time Ron took to walk the entire job with us more than once to ensure we knew what needed to be done, what they'd already completed, and finally that we were satisfied with the full result. We've worked with a lot of contractors over the last 7 years and Ron's crew is by far one of our favorites. Polite, communicative, caring. Professional and friendly in every sense.

This company completed a roof installation for me in 2017 and I have had nothing but problems. My roof continued to lead causing problems inside. After many complaints, they finally came a resolved the water damage issues. However, for more than a year I have tried to get the issues inside resolver - NOTHING. I will NEVER use them again.

Out of 3 competitive bidders, this company came and did a thorough job, walkthrough. They showed me photos of my existing roof and gave me an excellent breakdown of what was needed and an estimate of all costs within 24 hours.

On day 1 they started and finished the job on schedule within three days as promised. They also updated me with progress photos to see the work being done.
