I was laying in bed enjoying the rain until I heard dripping coming from somewhere else in my home, I got up to find my kitchen ceiling as well as my guest room ceiling leaking... I didn't know who to call, so I asked a friend if he new any roofers , he recommended Ichi bam roofing company. So I called them and they came out to look at the damage.. They assessed the problem and came up with a solution. They did an excellent job repairing my roof , I expected just a good little patch job, but they did much better than that I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism in their work. They not only patched the problem area but made sure the whole surrounding area was solidly done to insure no more leaks! I was very happy when they finished!! They were also very nice, friendly and accommodating.. thank you Ichi Ban roofing!

The guys did a great job for me. i needed a repair on a small property and they provided a very competitive bid. When there was rain in the forecast, they wasted no time and got the job done. i would hire them again in a hearth beat.

Bumpy start but once the owner heard about our experience, he personally reached out and worked hard to regain our business. That says a lot! The work was completed in two days with no disruption to our work and school schedule.

Worst service and follow up. I called multiple times a day for 2 weeks after a in house meeting the owner of the company presented my quotes for repair. NO BODY EVERY RETURNED MY CALLED NOT ONE TIME. I

Say hi. He acknowledged and said he planned on calling me...THAT WAS THE THIRD DAY AFTER we met. As I said nobody every calls back. Lastly, Miss Washington told me on my last call that maybe I should try somewhere else because the owner and his son would not call me back. DEPLORABLE! I truly tried to support this business, whether they needed my support or not, that service was deplorable. Was even willing to pay the higher quote just to support the local business. Highly recommend against. I went with another company, which was a little more but their service was impeccable and finished the job quicker than anticipated.

The solar company we used contracted out to this place, most likely to save costs, & a couple of years later here we are in mandatory arbitration due to their shabby work on our roof. A reputable company we have used in the past had to fix the lack of waterproofing, improper insulation & cheap/inadequate materials which caused multiple leaks in our home, to the tune of $15000 with everything said & done.

We just got our new roof installed by Ichiban Roofing and we could not be more pleased. The finished product looks amazing, we take pride in our homes appearance and thanks to Ron & his crew my chest is puffed out and our curb appeal is on point in my opinion (and as per several af my neighbors). The entire process of dealing with Ichiban was a pleasure from the free estimate to completion. Ron was extremely polite, professional and saved us money in the process. My parents hired this company as they are well known in the community. From the onset there were broken promises, a lack of professional decorum. He would promise to deliver an estimate, that he would accept payment in the form of a card, then have his secretary show up at their home (my father is 92 years old) insisting that he be given a check on the spot. When I insisted that the owner, Ronnie, take payment as he agreed and that he not show up or send his people to my parents' house unannounced, he told me that he hopes ""I get right with God"". Shocking, offensive, blasphemous and unprofessional. The roofing job which he ensured would take a ""couple of weeks"" then a pause for inspection by the county etc, took 2 MONTHS plus! Excuses galore and by his own admission, he was running 40 jobs simultaneously as if that is an excuse for the lack of professionalism. If i could give no stars, I would. Having my mother in tears should be cause for some sort of compensation. Do not do business with this man. He won't even stop at blasphemy to get what he wants and the only thing he cares about is his money. Horrific. I assume the roof is fine, I can't say as he still hasn't provided photos as he promised months ago. Steer clear if you want to feel like a valued customer. I would never recommend this company as I don't trust the owner at all.

When I started having problems with y roof on one of my rental units, I called, Ron Latham from Ichi Ban Roofing. My secretary had used his company to reroof her house and she was extremely pleased with his professionalism and quality of his work.
I was sure I was going to have to reroof but when he came to inspect my roof, he informed me that it only needed certain suspect areas to be taken care of. He took pictures of all the areas that needed attention and explained why they needed to bbe addressed.
While he was doing the repair work, he found additional spots that may have caused problems in the future and he repaired those at no additional cost!
Every time I've had a roofing question, Ron has gotten back to me as soon as he could to answer any inquiry of my concern.
I would recommend, Ron, to family, friends and business associates with no doubts about how their own roofing problems and situations would be handled.
