Don't hire this company to do any work for you. They will take your money and run! I had them do my roof and other work on my neighbor's recommendation. About 4 months after the contract was signed, the roof work began. The sub-contractors fell through my ceiling, made a mess of and damaged my attic while replacing the roof. Aaron promised to have it cleaned up and new insulation blown in, but now, over a year later, it's still not done. The roofers also damaged the leaf screens over my rain gutters, and again, an empty promise to fix them.

After the roof was on, months went by without hearing from Aaron. I tried to contact him multiple times, giving him more than five to ten opportunities to reply back to me, but nothing... absolutely nothing. Then all of a sudden, about 10 months after the roof was on, he contacted me and wanted the rest of the insurance money, while also sitting down with me to talk about what he was going to do for me to make up for his lack of contact during the previous months. I told him I'd let him know when a check would be available for him. He hounded and hounded me for it, but I kept it until I was ready to give it to him. I wrote a check for the remainder of the roof, and he tried to cash it on the same day from my bank (Saturday), and due to the large amount of the check, the bank didn't want to cash it. Aaron asked me to write him two separate checks so the amounts wouldn't be as high and easier to cash....I had left for the day, and couldn't accommodate that request, and shouldn't have had to. The bank, and Aaron bugged me during that day about the funds being available, until the bank finally cashed it.

Since I wrote the final check, over a month has passed, and although I've tried to reach him again, he has gone silent again. I really can't say if the company did good work or not, because I'm not a roofer, but I know they didn't finish the remainder of the contracted work, for which they will not get paid.

You are risking additional damage to your home, with a bad business ethic and unfinished promises if you hire IAS Roofing and Construction. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated, while being very patient and giving them multiple chances to complete the work and make good on promises given.

I am getting ready to put my house on the market but before doing so it needed some upgrades. IAS Roofing and Construction was the company I chose to complete these upgrades, things such as new carpet, hand-scraped wood flooring which looks absolutely incredible. The work was all done in a matter of 48hrs and the quality was top notch! The pricing was very competitive and fair! After everything was completed I had my realtor take a look at the finished product and even he was impressed and believes that there shouldn't be any issues in getting top dollar for my property. I can't thank these guys enough and to anyone reading this review, if it means anything, I would highly recommend IAS without any hesitation whatsoever!
