Scott R.Hired Hype last year for Christmas light installation and paid for lights with installation services ongoing. Will not answer phone, return messages or texts left. No customer integrity. I'm only out $1900 since no one else will install their custom cut lighting. Can only imagine how their roofing customers feel after being stiffed for follow up services on their their $12,000 roof purchase. Ghosting a customer base does not end well.
Lara P.Christian & his team were great! He explained the process every step of the way, had great suggestions for roof color, and worked with our insurance company to make sure we got everything replaced that was damaged. He was able to get to us earlier than originally scheduled and completed everything in a timely manner. He will be our only call from now on. Thanks for being a stress-free solution!
