As a general contractor and a real-estate manager for many properties I have employed the services of Hyer Quality Roofing for many jobs over the years. So of course, when I needed a new roof on my home, I called Hyer. The owner, Brian Hyer, was on top of the job at all times. He made daily inspections and supervision. His work was on time and the quality was faultless. Because there can be many problems with roofing companies, I would never recommend any other company than Hyer. Brian was amazing from beginning to end. Very responsive and kept in communication with us throughout entire process. Brian and his team were honest and respectful from day one. We knew we could trust him to have our best interest in mind. Went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and available with our schedule. Four neighbors also used Hyer Roofing and we have received so many compliments on the finished product. We purchased a condo that needed a full update. So we hired a contractor to oversee the whole job. We got a quote from Grace Roofing and our contractor got a quote from Brian Hyer Roofing to install a new flat roof for us. We went with Hyer Roofing because of our contractors recommendation and he was going to be overseeing the project.
It wasn't even a year after finishing the project we noticed ponding in the middle of our roof. What was more frustrating then the ponding was that he would never return our calls. When he finally did, I told him the problem and sent pictures. He then told us that it wasn't his problem. He said that we never discussed replacing the flashing. Not knowing anything about roofs. I went to the town building department and asked them when you hire a contractor for a A new roof, should it include flashing. He said absolutely!! he also should of made sure the roof was pitched right, which he didn't. I then called my contractor that hired Brian and he was able to get Brian to come out and look at my roof. My contractor, Brian and my husband went upon the roof and he saw the ponding and still continued to say that it's not his problem. He was not told to Replace the flashing or make sure the pitch was right. In my defense. We knew nothing about roofs. We just hired him to replace our roof!!! We ended up hiring Grace Roofing to fix Brian Hyers Roof.

Brian Hyer replaced my flat roof in August 2020 and fixed some broken tiles on my main roof. They were professional and did a quality job at a decent price. I would definitely recommend them.

Received a prompt response to my request for a small roof repair, which is no small feat in Florida. Brian texted expected time of arrival and arrived within the time frame. Assessed and completed the repair effectively. Will definitely call him for a larger roofing repair or replacement.

Haven't even gone as far as to have someone call me back. Called this place twice and the same guy picks up both times who sounds like he hates his job and says he's going to give this message to someone who will call me back. Not sure what that means but of course no one has called. Second time I call I asked about someone calling me back and he says, ""oh I thought they called"", which they didn't. Already got someone else to do the job but obviously they don't care about obtaining new business

Brian and his team did a wonderful job. Wr passed the permit first try for every part of the process and that process was short and easy. I truly appreciate the roof that Hyer roofing put on my home especially when we have a bad south Florida rain.
