HydroRestoration came into our business and purchased over $1000 of material with a check that bounced. Gus told us multiple times he would come in and make it right, it has been 7 months and never did. While he was here, he was upset that he had purchased the material once before but someone stole it from the jobsite. Not sure how this is any different.

Our dishwasher leaked they came in for restoration. The worst people to deal with. Gus the owner is unreliable nonprofessional and gives nothing but lip service. My insurance company never received a detailed invoice of work performed nor did I. We paid them 10,000 dollars and cannot recoup that money until they or we receive a detailed invoice. Beware of this company.

The neighbor's leak caused water damage in our home. This company came in and tore out some walls and part of the ceiling to check for mold and then were to come back to restore and repair. They were sent by the neighbor's insurance company so we had no choice. We expected prompt service. It took 84 days, with missed appointments and excuses and simply blank silences for not showing up.We had to call and call to ask them why they weren't finished yet and when were they going to come back. There was always some lame excuse. The work, when it was finally finished, was not satisfactory, bulging seams in the sheet rock and mismatched seams in the crown molding. We are going to have someone else come in and redo it. Do not use these people unless you have countless time and money on your hands.
