The roof looks great and has a 50 year transferable warranty.

If it wasn't for the high-pressure sales tactics, it might have been a pleasant experience. I cannot say if the product they are selling is really any good as there are good and bad reviews, typical of any product. After the presentation went on for 1.5 hours on the exterior Tex Coating system, I had to explain multiple times that I will make no decision today as this needs to be researched and get multiple quotes. The salesman kept trying to get past my ""sticking point"" over and over again until I was just about to get upset. Finally, I said absolutely not will anything be done today and then that was it. The next day I get told the owner reviewed the measurements and could possibly bring down the price. The owner never came to my house, so checking the measurements really wasn't done. After that I was called and asked if we could meet the following Monday, I said yes to put me down for Monday and if anything changes, I will let them know. I later get a text message to confirm the date and time that I already gave a verbal confirmation over the phone. I was in a conference meeting, so I did not respond right away. I got a single ""?"" as a follow-up to their original message. That is not professional at all. People are busy and cannot respond to you right away, so back off and give a person some time.

We had a representative come by for a quote on a garage to ADU conversion. He was 1 hour late and was not prepared. He gave us this high quote and then spent some time talking to management to see how low they could go. They were able to get it down by 65k which was suspicious already. We then agreed that Hybrid Renovations would work on a written proposal and it would be emailed to me. Come Monday, I received a phone call saying that they couldn't email me a proposal but that they had to deliver it in person. We agreed and scheduled the meeting for Friday 03/22 @ 9am. Come Thursday night, I received a text saying they couldn't make it at 9am but if we were ok with 10am. We said it was ok. Come Friday, the representative wants to reschedule. My husband and I were already irritated. We gave them one more shot. We scheduled another meeting with supposedly the ""ADU expert"" for Friday 03/29 @ 10am. Come Friday, they sent the same original representative without a proposal and was confused as to why he was there. He had absolutely no idea why he was sent. When we requested the proposal he said his company didn't do proposals. He wanted us to agree to the contract before seeing anything in writing. This was a waste of 2 weeks. Do not hire this company for large projects.

I spoke with the owners of the company and they agreed that the job was smaller than they originally estimated. they said they would be giving us a refund , though I haven't received any refund as of yet. But after hearing their response and their listening to ours we were able to come to an agreement. I just hope that they come through with their side of the agreement. We felt they were genuine in their offer.

I decided to contact Hybrid Renovations from a friend that has used their service in the past for plumbing. They were prompt in response and fixed plumbing problems in my property within a day. I will consider calling them again for renovations needed to my roof. You guys are the best!
