This company has worked wonders to get this project done in a timely manner. Their whole team really goes out of the way to make a customer happy and that's a big deal for me. From scheduling my appointment with Cara who is super sweet in the office to finishing my project and getting permits scheduled, thank you to Eva! Had a new roof Hvac package unit installed to replace a 30 year old system. Once roof area was revealed it was clear that I needed a completely new roof. 5 old layers in some spots. Owner Nitai of HUS, which was fortunately company also doing AC work, had a crew there next day to start replacing roof. Who does that? Quite amazing turnaround. They worked steadily and
professionally until done. Cleaned up everyday like no one had been there.
6 working days later I had a beautiful roof from scratch. The permit process was a breeze because they did beautiful work and everything to code. Inspections were seamless.
This is a very professional and service oriented company. Hard to find these days.

I was leaning between 3-4 stars.

The good:
1) The new roof looks solid and I'm happy with the quality of the roof.
2) The quoted price was the most competitive.
3) Nathan (Sales rep?) was a pleasure to deal with.
4) Nitai is very responsive and did check up frequently after my initial complaint about the nails on my driveway and the miscommunication on scheduling.

The issues were:
1) Pressured to sign the contract the Wednesday they came to check out the roof because they needed to file for a permit by Friday.
2) They didn't get the permit till the following week and didn't notify me of the new schedule. I had people on my roof on Saturday 8am when they weren't supposed to be there.
3) They left nails ALL over my driveway and I ran one over -_-. Got it patched by Costco because I bought them there last year. Since it was free to patch, no compensation for new tire with nail in it.

Worked with Nitai over the last few months getting ready to do a roofing job. I started with only wanting to patch our roof. Nitai looked over the roof and recommended a quote for a patch on the suspect area of the roof and a quote for a new roof. I waiting until after the last rains and with new leaks inside the house, Nitai was correct and our old roof wasn't going to survive without a full replacement. Nitai was patient with us through our decision process. Before he and his team started the project, he walked over the roof with me and explained what he saw and how he would do the work, we had a call to talk about options for our rooftop AC unit and external ducting while the job was in progress and he kept us up to date with pictures of the progress and the new roof looks fantastic. HUS Roofing is easy to work with, professional, very cost-competitive, professional and the team is very knowledgable. If you have a chance, I would recommend working with them.

Have used HUS many times to manage and upgrade our HVAC needs for mini-split retrofits and in-floor furnace change-outs. The little bit of rain this year started showing up our flat-roof problems right in the Fall of 2020. Nittai came out immediately and provided a very affordable estimate to demo and replace our 1100 sq. ft of flat roofing and packaged our project together with a mini-split replacement we had scheduled earlier. Did a great job re-pitching the 80 year old roof to ensure it drained properly, and added a white thermo-reflective protective coat to match our primary property. Finished work was spotless, clean-up and haul away was included, and everything was buttoned up and rain-ready 4 days after the start, which ended up passing the test for leaks during the 24-hour downpour that started just after they had finished up the TPC coating. Everyone worked COVID-safe and did an excellent job all the way through final inspection. Definitely at the top of my list for new and repair work in this industry that is often hit-or-miss finding reliable available every-time you need them.

I had a wonderful experience using HUS roofing and HIGHLY recommend them. I had gotten a wide range of quotes from other companies to repair a section of my flat roof and install a new skylight. I had previously hired HUS for a HVAC system and loved the experience so when I found out HUS also did roofing it was a huge relief. The HUS employees and owners are incredibly communicative, provide detailed fair estimates, are reliable and the work is first rate!
