Doug is a salesman not a roofer prices are good work quality is poor. He doesn't check in on his project until he wants a pay check. And he's full of excuses when you point out flawed work. And I shelled out over $50grand

If you are looking for a roofing company that will do everything to make you happy, Hunters Roofing and Solar is the company to call. We have a Special Needs adult living in our home. Doug agreed to start work on the new roof after David left for his day program. Other roofing companies that I had contacted for quotes, refused to accommodate us.
Doug's crew was professional, clean and polite. His secretary, Evelyn, is also efficient and polite.

I needed to have my roof repaired for insurance purposes. We had a very old roof with concrete tiles that were not only discontinued, but also recalled. I contacted several companies and they did not want to touch it. Doug came out, explained the problem to me and was very hospitable. He thoroughly explained the repairs needed and told me he would email me a quote to review. I was shocked as I thought it was just his way of snuffing me off, but the quote arrived the next day and at a very reasonable price. I called the company and spoke with his assistant (sorry I can't remember her name) who was very friendly and efficient.
The work that his two guys did was excellent. They were on time, kept the place clean and did great work. If you could see my roof, it was a mess with broken, cracked and missing tiles. To see the work completed by them you would hardly notice.
They will be the first company I call when it comes time to get my roof redone.

We just had a roof replaced on our historic home by Hunter's. I've spent a year researching different products and getting different quotes. Also exchanged 23 e-mails between the owner of the company Doug. In the end it came back to my first choice of roof and company. Doug's team cleaned and fixed all the broken items on my property including a tire on my car that got a nail in it. I am very happy with the work. We get lots of compliments and I find my self staring at the roof sometimes. :)
