Great customer service, great price & great job!
Dave responded right away to my online inquiry by text and email (two other companies never even responded to my emails and calls). His quote was very reasonable, he maintains proper licences and insurance, was able to fit me in the following week AND he even offered to work around our schedule & keep the noise down (mom sleeps in). I thought it may be too good to be true. But on the day we were scheduled, Garrett (Dave's son) texted to say he'd be here in an hour, he and another person showed up on time, quickly and efficiently did the work while politely answering my many questions, and cleaned up afterwards making sure to tell me (twice even) if we had any problems to call and they'll fix it. That's how a locally-owned family business stays in business over 30 years.

Dave has now done a great job with my gutters on two different houses. AFAICT he's the best gutter person in Santa Barbara. He's been doing gutters locally for decades, he takes great care, he explains everything well, and he's very reasonable on price.

We moved into a house with some dry rot on several fascia pieces, and the gutters were basically sound but needed patching and tuning in many places. Dave arranged to do a tune-up of my entire house's gutter system for a reasonable price, explained lots of details, kept me informed about schedule, and did a very comprehensive tuneup.

We moved again after 3 years, into another house with some serious gutter issues. There are large trees overhanging the house that fill the gutters with debris often, and some of the downspouts were in wrong places for drainage, etc. Dave and crew replaced them all with beautiful gutters and screens over them (to keep the leaves out), and he replaced the downspout locations to places where the drainage is much better to keep water away from the foundation and allow the ground to dry out much quicker.

All of this, and in both cases Dave was significantly less expensive than 2 other quotes I got. Don't get gutters without getting a quote from Humphrey's!

Best deal in Santa Barbara for the quality of work provided!

Seeing as how the (potential?) rainy season is in store, my parents figured they needed to replace the poorly-hung gutters on their home. We contacted a number of local companies about having aluminum gutters installed on several parts of the facade - Humphreys came in hundreds below the competition. Seeing as how there was a five-star average on Yelp, we decided to go with this company.

It was a pleasure working with Dave. He was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable on what all needed to be done. The gutters were installed very well, at just the right angles. He was able to nearly color-match the gutter and downspout material with the home's paint colors, which was a bonus. There is rain in the forecast a few days from now: looking forward to seeing these beautiful new gutters utilized!

Really easy person to work with - reasonable price and the only person willing to put wedge supports under the gutters to keep them upright over the years. They look great. And the work was fast with total cleanup.
