Since they were the company that did our roof when we built the house in 2011, we had complete confidence we would get a high-quality job done. Could not be happier with the outcome. I purchased a home in September of 2020. Huffaker Roofing was chosen to do the roof inspection. The report said no repairs were needed. In December we noticed a water leak coming in the bathroom. We asked them to come out and provide an estimate for the repair. Their estimate was $800. We decided to go with someone else, with a cost of $500.
I spoke with the owner, Larry, and asked to be reimbursed for the cost of $500 since if they had reported the problem when I purchased the house, the owners would have had to repair, not me. His response was, ""tough"".
I would not recommend them for any roofing work you might have.

I was very pleased with Huffaker Roofing, especially after bad experiences with 2 other prominent local companies. One refused to return my calls after finding out there wasn't going to be an insurance claim for a new roof and another seemed clueless about what needed to be done while claiming to have inspected my roof when they didn't. It was very strange. After a recommendation from my neighbor, I called Huffaker and Alberto came the next day, climbed the roof and did a thorough inspection with pictures of what needed to be done. Verified what the insurance adjuster had reported, that the roof was good, just needed some repair. Had a very reasonable estimate back in 2 days and repairs scheduled a few days later. Repairs completed as estimated. Very professional and efficient, unlike the others. Highly recommend.

I was selling my house in Plano and the buyer used Huffaker to inspect the roof and they found some repairs. My realtor found someone to do the repairs for cheaper, but I decided to make the buyer comfortable and use their roofer ""Huffaker."" They were scheduled to do the repairs on a Friday. They never called me so, I called them the following Monday to see if the repairs were done (I moved into my new house and wasn't able to check if the work was done and we would be closing in a week). The lady on the phone said the ticket might be with one of their roofers and he went straight to a job that morning rather than the office and she would contact him and let me know if the work was done. I waited until the following Friday and had not heard back from ""Huffaker"" so I called again and the lady on the phone was rude and they seemed to be unorganized at this point so I went with a cheaper & more organized roofing company, which my realtor suggest.

I have some water damage. Bill Nyman came out and checked the roof. And he thought it is not caused by leaking roof. But he found some holes on the brick which may get water in. He filled the whole and did not charge anything. I feel he is very honest and reliable.

Called on Monday about a leak and they were there on Tuesday. Fixed the leak and checked the roof and found some other little things that needed attention. Chared one hour labor at a fair price. Would use them again in a heart beat.
