Regarding the basics: Huf was competitively priced, they showed up when they said they would, and got the work done quickly. They replaced 28 roofs, got them done quickly, and took care to not disturb landscaping, and were excellent at cleaning up afterwards. Great customer journey!

There was a bonus, which I believe sets them apart...I had a large deductible and the insurance adjusters ""missed"" a lot of items that should have been covered but at first pass were not. Joe Streicher worked with 5 different insurance companies, and 14 claims concurrently. Initially I used 2 contractors -and had a bake-off of sorts. There was no comparison, Joe/Huf Construction's submissions were 2X larger (or more) than the other roof contractor. I was financially advantaged by using Huf. Plus Joe handled all the communication with the insurance companies.

Side note, I hate being hit up for payment 2 seconds after the work is complete. I always pay my bills and don't like being treated like a deadbeat that doesn't. I also expect professional grade contractors to have operating capital. I was treated well as it relates to paying for the roofs as insurance money was received.

The project managers were very nice, but they were very unreliable - they often didn't show up when they said they were coming and often forget what we discussed.
I had so many problems with this company and they refused to fix most of them. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a construction project. Very poor workmanship for most of the project, they treated my yard like a dump and damaged so many things. I'm slowly having other companies rework their mess.
I highly recommend you find a more professional company.

Be weary of this business conducting pool construction.
Damaged our yard and sprinkler while builiding our neighbor's home. Left it up to the neighbor to rectify. Makes no sense.

Replaced roof. Fast (two days) and efficient. Sales Rep. Brandon Johnson, knowledgeable and helpful. Work crew on time, excellent work and clean up fantastic. Promises kept. Highly recommend.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great workers. They replaced my roof. Owner checks on progress, communicates with clients, works with insurance adjuster. They care about your property. Can't say enough positive things.
