Hudgins contractors roofed two house's for me and they both leaked on the first rain storm . The repairs to fix the leaks were shoddy at best cause the roofs still leak to this day . Now the owner want honor his ten year warrant that he's so proud of . Learn from my mistake don't use Hudgins contractors !!

Amazing service is the first thing that comes to mind! Brandon was very informative of what we should expect throughout the process. Previously we waited over a year on a friend to do our roof, so this was a very pleasant experience with regard to time. His crew worked really fast and they were very polite to my wife and daughter. The crew was very thorough in cleaning up after they finished the project. They cleaned all of the flower beds and placed all of the planters they moved before they started the project. Brandon truly cared about the service he was providing and also cared about my opinion when the job was done. Big thank you to the Hudgins on doing a great job, my family really appreciated the well done job!

My real estate agent put me in contact with Hudgins as I was selling my home and, at the last minute, the buyer's insurance company decided they wanted some repairs done to the roof (repairs that I had already paid a concession for but that's a different story). Anyway, we needed someone to do the work quickly and Justin (who I believe is the son of the owner) got out to the house in a few days to do an estimate, which was quickly and the only reason I gave them two stars. However, he kept pushing me to do a roof replacement but I explained to him that I'm selling the home, the buyer inspected the roof and was not requesting a roof replacement, so I was not going to bother with one.

He got a bid in place to do the repairs but wouldn't give me a day as to when he could do them and we were pressed for time. He was supposed to come out the next week but we stopped hearing back from him (my real estate agent and I). He ended up texting me that day trying to get me to commit to a roof replacement and when I explained again that I did not want one, he stopped responding. We could not reach him at all and I was freaking out because we needed the repairs done to close on the house. Finally the next day I texted him and told him I would be moving on with a new roofer. He finally responds and says that he couldn't go out to the house cause it was raining. I didn't live in that house but I did work by it and I knew, for a fact, that it was not raining and had not rained and I told him that. Justin flipped on me, accused me of calling him a liar, then said his mom had died which is why he hadn't done the repairs or responded to our calls and messages. I found out later this was untrue. Needless to say, I told him not to bother, ended up going with a different contractor, and got the work done for a better price within a few days and did not feel pressured into doing unnecessary repairs.

I would not recommend Hudgins.

We chose Hudgins Contractors to replace our hail-damaged roof and to fix some water damage on two inside ceilings that resulted from the damaged roof. They did a great job in removing the old roof; there was not one shred of trash anywhere when they were done. The new roof looks great, too. Inside, the painting was done well. The entire job was professional, and pretty was done quickly. They handled all paperwork with the insurance company so that we received the entire amount (covered depreciation). We will recommend Hudgins Contractors to anyone.

We selected Hudgins Contractors after speaking with about 5 other roofing and general contracting companies to fix a bunch of items damaged in hail storms. We needed our roof and gutters replaced, fence and pergola restained, and window and window screens replaced. Brandon was very easy to work with and honest. He was up front about not committing insurance fraud, and I appreciated his honesty. They did provide several upgrades to the roof at no additional cost.

Work was done on time and done right. When part of the pergola needed to be restained again, they responded within 24 hours to fix it. Brandon actually came out during the roofing to manage the crew, which is rare in this industry.

Can't say enough good things about this company. It was overwhelming to have so many projects, but Hudgins took care of it, and did a great job.
