They helped my parents recover from an unfortunate Yelp experience with another contractor and went above and beyond the scope of work to fix it. First of all Ronaldo is a straight up person. This company is great! Ronaldo is friendly, responsive and upfront with everything. His workers knows what they're doing. They did an awesome job and they went over and beyond to help us look for the perfect screen door. They were very polite and they were very clean during and after they're done for the day. Last year, my husband and I moved into our new home. About a month in, we discovered we had a Rice Krispies floor - you know, one that ""snaps, crackles and pops!"" A year later, *I* discovered I couldn't take the annoying creaking sounds anymore. How would I be able to sneak in and check on my toddler with all this noise (yes, it actually was so loud it woke her up)?

Six months ago, I contacted a contractor and told him my creaking floor woes and informed him that the subfloor would need to be taken up and work would need to be done below to fix the problem. What did he do - put screws in the subfloor thinking it would be enough. It wasn't. Still creaking, squeaking and cracking.

Finally, I recently reached out to Hubeymar Construction and asked them to come take a look. Ronaldo was great! He came right away, listened to my concerns and walked all over the room to diagnose the problem. His team came in the following weeks and completed the job in less than three days. Hubeymar contractors were professional and tidy. The job was a little expensive, but there is no more cracking and squeaking - so I'm happy!! Would definitely work with Ronaldo and his team again! Ronaldo and his team are great to work with. This past summer, they lowered a wall/divider in the kitchen and added two sun tunnels in the main hallway. His team worked quickly and was very professional. I thought the price was also fair. Would recommend to any one and I do look forward to working with Hubeymar Construction again with any future renovations.

These guys are professional top to bottom. I was impressed with Ronaldo who came to my house and completed a thorough assessment of what needed to be done. He provided me with an estimate that was competitive and lower than another local contractor. He also kept me informed throughout the entire process. His crew came in and did the work in a timely manner. I was impressed with the crew and their attention to detail. I would hire Hubeymar again in a minute and if you need construction done, this is the crew to do it.

Hubeymar completed major exterior repairs around my family's townhouse, quickly and cost-effectively. This was not an easy project due to our lot being steeply sloped, making it difficult to setup scaffolding 3-stories high, but the crew was able to adapt safely. Speaking of which, they were hard-working, friendly, and tidied the work areas at the end of each day.

I initially discussed the project with Ronaldo, who was responsive from the start. My HOA and property management company required a lot of info before approving the project, and Ronaldo was quick to meet all their demands. He also came by throughout the project to check on progress and to give updates.

The original scope of work was siding, trim, and deck railing replacement due to dry rot and warping. However, after tearing down damaged siding, we found out that the house wasn't originally weatherproofed and was missing insulation... so we decided to replace the entire siding on one side of the house in order to properly weatherseal and insulate it. After assessing additional damage behind the walls, they also reinforced the frame and did some plumbing work.

extremely happy with the tile work in our bathroom. It came out exactly how we wanted. We had the tub surround done and shower components added. We also had tile base boards done. Ronaldo and his workers where professional and made sure we were satisfied with the details. We appreciated how attentive, and that all our questions we had were answered. They were punctual which was extremely important for us, and also gave us an accurate estimate of when this project would be completed. I recommend Hubeymar construction for bathroom update or remodel. I will be considering them for other home upgrades.
