HTA Construction is owned and operated by Louis Parada and his brother David with a lot of help from Brady Carbajal.
David, Louis, and Brady turned my ideas into reality with minim conflict and maximum results. Their bid was reasonable and we only had a few change orders.

They remodeled my 1947 investment house that had a lot of termite damage and needed a complete rebuild and expansion to add another bathroom and make the living room and bedrooms larger.
There was room for an ADU off the alley so HTA Construction also built an 864 square foot ADU for me.

I am very pleased with the results of both the house expansion and remodeling as well as the ADU.

Working with them was pretty easy. David listened to what I wanted, wrote up the proposal with a competitive price, and got started right away. Brady joined the team a little later and became a huge asset to the HTA Construction team by listening to my needs and following through to make sure they were taken care of.
Brady helped me think through my fence design, landscaping, building a unique rolling pantry, and troubleshooting the minor issues that come up during construction. Brady provided excellent customer service in an industry that is better known for in-your-face confrontations than work-it-out communication.

I hired HTA to perform a whole-home renovation in the spring of 2022 and was completely satisfied with their professionalism and organization from my first point of contact with them all the way through project completion. We hired HTA construction to do a primary suite addition to our home. They also did a full renovation to the exterior and interior of our existing home. It was a smooth process from start to finish. The work included drawing up plans, pulling permits, and coordinating different projects like windows, drywall, stucco, roofing, etc. The owner Louis and project manager David were very helpful throughout the project. I was able to contact them by phone or email when needed. We are very pleased with the work. We recommend them and would hire them again.

I hired HTA Construction to replace our front door, and remove/replace the trim on all of our interior doors. They were communicative, responsive, professional, and did a great job.

I have worked with many contractors over the years, and while this job was smaller in scope than others, if I ever have additional work, I will go with HTA Construction.

George was our main point of contact, he was very user friendly. He came by and assessed the project, got the bid to us in a timely manner, then scheduled and completed the work promptly. Everything you would want from a construction company! The job spanned 2 days (because of drying caulk), but after each day, they left our home clean.

I have already recommended HTA to one friend, and would recommend them to friends and family!
