I had a couple of shingles come off my roof from the last hurricane remnants that came through our area so I called the company that installed my roof in Oct. 2011. I called, left voice messages and even emailed them and no reply. Based on some online reviews, I called Complete Roofing on a Thursday morning and received a call from one of the owners, Paul Spradlin about an hour later. He came over that morning and saw what was needed and said that he would just bring his guys over the next day to make the repair. His word is his bond and on Friday early afternoon, Paul and 4 of his team members came to my house, made the repairs and Paul asked for no money! I couldn't believe it! He said the job was so small that there'd be no charge and to just remember him in the future for any of my roofing needs. You bet I will! Thanks Paul and the team, you make working with you a pleasure and I hope to do business with you in the future!

Paul was very responsive! There was a hole in the roof from hail damage. He immediately came out and accessed the damage. Unfortunately the whole roof needed replacing. We had a second estimate, but Paul was very competitive and much more helpful. He was VERY helpful in dealing with our insurance. We were able to get our insurance agent out and have Paul replace our roof all within a relatively short period of time. He also suggested a color change which looks so much nicer. Can't recommend Paul and this company enough! 5 stars!

We are trying to sell our home and needed someone to take a look at our chimney due to findings from the inspection. We did reach out to other contractors and they began quoting us for repairs before physically looking at the chimney. We reached out to Spradlin Construction and David was quick to respond. He arrived the next morning and was very helpful from the start. He was honest in his opinion and didn't try to sell us on any unnecessary repairs or services. Contractors like this are hard to find! If ever we need roof repairs or replacement in the future, we will definitely call Spradlin Construction to perform the work. We highly recommend them!

My neighbor informed me my shingles were lifted. He informed me he has someone coming through to look at his and he can send the guy over. Paul came over..and climbed on my roof. A few moments later I hear banging..and then he makes his way down. He informed me my roof is good as new and he did what he needed to do to the shingled.i asked if I could pay, and he told me no! Thank you Paul for the quick lookover/repair and the laugh.
Paul is a real professional and if I have a roof issue, I would be sure to call him!!
