Whether it's your first roof replacement or you've been through an insurance claim before, Pat was there every step of the way to assist my wife and I through our first Texas hail storm! Knowing that the owner lives in Round Rock with his family was reassuring with so many storm chasers who are not from Central Texas.

Friendly and professional, Pat helped explain the insurance claims process, met with the insurance adjuster, walked us through every step of the paperwork, and then provided us with a timeframe for the work to be completed.

The day of the work, he was at our house constantly working with and monitoring his crew to ensure no detail was left out. He even helped his crew pick up debris and bought them lunch and drinks. It's good to see someone who takes care of his workers as much as his clients, and the craftmanship was top notch.

He made sure that after the repairs were finished we did a walk through to ensure we were completely satisfied, which we were! The crew did a great job picking up trash from not only our yard, but both our neighbors on each side.

Trustworthy and honest, HPS Roofing made replacing our roof easier than finding good BBQ in Central Texas!
