I recently had my roof installed by Hoyt Roofs. The experience was amazing. We interviewed several companies in the process and with no hesitation selected Hoyt Roofs. From the beginning we dealt with Chuck the General Manger. He educated us on all the important info we needed to make our decision. Hoyt Roofs is a company who uses No Sub-Contractors. They are fully insured with workers comp, full liability insurance. Hoyt Roofs is also certified by all the material manufacturers. There pricing was fair for the level of contractor you get with Hoyt. The entire roof process was clean and professional. Everyone was polite and responded to our needs. My roof looks awesome and it was installed in less than a week. I give this company 5 Stars

Great work ethic. Everything was completely explained. Chuck was very helpful and had answers for me. I knew there were going to be lots of repairs, and they were all made, and not as expensive as some other roofers were estimating. They are experts at working out some difficulties with repairs. My house looks great and is painter ready. They were on time and worked really hard. They covered everything during the tear off (I had 2 roofs to tear off) and kept things clean on a daily basis. They magnet swept for nails daily. This is a quality job by a quality company using excellent materials. I am so pleased. Highly recommend.

I had some leaks from the last year of massive rains and thought I needed a new roof since my current one was around 25 years old. Of the dozen roofers I contacted Hoyt was the only one that told me about city codes that would not allow them to do a normal shingle roof due to the pitch being too low. They also examined the existing shingles and told me they could do repairs and my roof looked like it would last another several years. Using them to repair instead of replacing saved me over $10,000. They scheduled the job and showed up on time. They ran into some unexpected problems and handled them with professionalism and told me everything they were doing and changing. They also did not know about some interior problems and did some minor damage and fixed it at the end of the job with no questions asked. The price, professionalism, and keeping me informed about everything was Excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Hoyt Roofs is replacing my roof on my condo (hired by my HOA). They sent us a notice saying if a nail punctures our tires to give them a call so they can send someone to repair it because sometimes they don't get all the nails off the ground. I noticed a nail in my tire so I did just that and called them. They sent someone over to look at it and turns out it didn't puncture my tire. They sent 2 gentleman, a younger man and an older man. It seemed really sketchy and the older man kept yelling and cursing at the younger man in Spanish telling him how to do it. Anyway, after 30 minutes of them leaving I get a call from a very rude and unprofessional female named April. She said something along the lines of the nail wasn't their nails so she's billing me for the service and I responded with something along the lines of like hell you're not. I have emergency roadside service and had I known it wasn't their nail then I would've handled it myself. They did not once ask if I can send them a photo of the nail nor did they inspect how the nail looked before taking my tire off. April was unbelievably rude with the whole ordeal. As a matter of fact if she had any sense of what customer service is supposed to be I probably would have handled the bill, treat others how you would want to be treated and you'll actually get somewhere in life. Listen, we are the consumer and sent you a whole entire HOA of roofs to replace. Appreciate that. Don't come at me sideways with bs. She threatened me saying she would call my property manager if I didn't take care of the bill. I said go right ahead. I called my property manager for her and is waiting to hear from her so April if you're reading this feel free to call Orlando, he's waiting .

Hoyt Roofs replaced my extremely old roof, replaced all of the wood that was water damaged on the house, garage and the patio and replaced the skylight in the master bedroom. They aren't the cheapest roofing contractor but I can tell you that they are a well oiled machine who did a fantastic job for us. I would definitely recommend them.

Hoyt Roofing is by far the best roofing company around.Chuck was easy to work with and had all the answers as to what I wanted and more.They came in and knocked out my old roof and put a new Certaintead presidential black roof on in 4 days and it came out beautiful.From start to finish all of the crews were fantastic.Everything is done in house with no sub contractors so that's what keeps the cost down.I highly recommend Hoyt Roofing..in fact they are doing my other house.Thanks again Chuck for and amazing roof!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars for their HORRIBLE customer service. My grandmother, who has used Hoyt to have 2 roofs installed (one on her property, another on a rental property) called during the heavy rains this year because her rental was leaking. The guy who came out told her that it wasn't covered by their warranty because it was the chimney leaking but they could do a temporary repair until she could get a mason out once the weather dried up. She told the guy she wanted to schedule the work right away. He told her that the office would call her in a few hours to schedule it. No one ever called. She called multiple times with no response over several days, so she went with another company for the repairs. Fast forward 7 months (yes, 7 months). They sent her a bill for the service call (which she was never informed of). All the contractors I deal with daily at my job don't charge the service call if you book the work with them, which she tried to do. After Brian insulted me by saying that I don't know what I'm talking about, he still refused to waive the service charge. After her spending over $20k with the company they would rather lose a customer than waive their $125 service charge. Enjoy your money! Don't spend it all in one place!

In roofing as in any type of construction what really matters once the contract is signed is quality of work & material, customer service, follow up and honesty. Hoyt scored big on all 5 counts. The quality of work was excellent and efficient; 40 years in business has taught me to trust but verify, as much as I searched I was unable to find anything but excellent work, where i did find a couple of spots that I wanted done differently they immediately accommodated me without the usual bs you get from contractors when their work is challenged. Material was exactly as promised. Customer service was excellent; they worked very clean and efficiently throughout the day and at days end cleanup was impeccable, roofers were friendly and courteous and very accommodating. They followed up on all that was promised and then some. The owner came by when job was done to make sure we were happy with the work. Honesty ; we had quite a bit of wood to replace, I verified lineal footage replaced with footage charged and they matched almost to the penny.(trust but verify!). These guys know their business, there price was competitive and their foreman Chuck was a sweetheart! Thanks guys...good job!

If you can get a response from the salesman and/or office, the work they do is good. However, any issues you have through the front office are not handled in a professional manner.
