Absolutely the worst company so far. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They came out Tuesday to tear the roof off. Left without communication. I let my dogs out and they came back in an hour later. Good thing as the crew returned just after. They left later approximately 3:30pm again without a word. Get a text that night that they will return the next day between 7:30 and 8:30 to do just the sheathing because an inspector has to sign off before they can do the shingles. Wednesday at 8:30 I get a call saying they forgot about our job and there are no crews available. Will have to take ANOTHER day of sitting around and waiting. That's even IF they can get an inspector to sign off on it. Funny thing is the salesman said a day for this job. Rep from the company corrected him adding that because of the tear off it'll be a day and a half maybe 2. Person that called this morning said the inspector only does it one day a week. Just horrible. If there was another company available I'd take them in a heartbeat over this one.

Have to update - got a call from the owner and am under the impression that everything is a go tomorrow (Thursday) including actually starting the shingles. Inspector is scheduled to be here during the day after they install the underlayment. Just a word - I would never include an inspector on any review as we all know they work their own schedule. Will see how it goes....Thank you

We discovered a leak just inside of our front door and I called several roofing contractors to get an estimate. One wanted to charge more than $6,000 to pull up the roofing tiles and replace the underlayment. He then got on the phone with his boss to see if they could squeeze my job in and give me a ""discount."" It was all very theatrical and done in an effort to get me to agree on the spot. I explained I would need to get another bid and sent the guy on his way. I contacted Howard and Sons and an estimator came out when promised and explained the underlayment wasn't in bad shape and that the issue revolved around dirt and debris building up in a valley on the roof. He recommended creating a channel in the tile so water would no longer flow around the flashing. His quote was about a third of the other contractor's. The crew came out and did a great job and even repaired some loose tiles on the back of the house. I appreciated the competitive bid, the honesty of the estimator and the excellent customer service. The next time I need roofing work done, I'll call Howard and Sons.

I had some leaks in my roof and these guys came out right away,gave me a fair estimate and did the job promptly,we have not had rain since but I assume if there are further issues they will be here to fix them.

As they said they might, once they started working, they found even more problems that were then uncovered. However, they happily corrected those problems also without any additional charge. Thumbs up from me!

The first leak in my 1984 built house showed up, so I figured it was time to change the underlayment and prevent any other leaks (prevention). Reviewed a half dozen roofing contractors and went with Howard and Sons. The price was about what I expected. The crew showed up on time, friendly and got right to work. Overall I am satisfied with the work, but there is room for improvement. Attention to detail goes along way, but the crew missed on a few points. In there haste they damaged a few things which I fixed, small items thankfully, but still I shouldn't be fixing damage caused by the crew. They replaced many broken tiles, but it seamed they went through many unnecessary. Rounded corner tiles along the fascia boards were reinstalled, but not very straight, not like how they were installed previously. At the top of the garage 3 tiles to the left and to the right was how they were installed prior to the work, after I have 3 to the left, and 3 1/4 to the right. If Attention to detail was paid there would 3 to the left and right. I guess I'll fix this myself so I can relax my OCD. Attached are some pictures before and after, you can decide if Howard and Sons fit your repair/roofing work. One thing, everyone from the office personnel and the field manages was professional and very friendly.

Howard and Sons did a lift and replace job on our home after we experienced a roof leak due to the heavy rains. Ceasar and his crew did a great job on the roof and after they were done the roof was pressure washed and looked brand new. We are now selling our house and on inspection there were several tiles that had been cracked during the washing. Mario showed up within a week to replace the tiles and meet the buyers request.
