They were responsive to my needs, worked with my insurance adjustor to assess the roof, and did an outstanding job of installing our roof on time and on budget.

Daron, the owner, was quick to respond to my request for a quote and walked me through the entire process of getting a new roof. His project manager Chris helped us each step of the way to ensure the work was performed with the upmost care and quality and we knew exactly what was happening in our home. They showed up on time and worked a fully day to get 90% of the roof on, then finished up the second day. I could not be more pleased!

We now have a first rate, 30-year roof over our heads with all the upgrades to help our Houston home shine. Thank you, Houston Strong Roofing, for stepping in and helping us when we needed it!

Mr. Burt, I have never once questioned the legitimacy or craftsmanship of your company. In fact the roofs that I have seen with your sign in the yard appear to be done satisfactorily. My complaint with the Houston Strong Roofing Company is you Daron. Your lack of couth in customer service is astounding. I have never experienced anything to this degree in any industry nor would I allow it at my company. If you have forgotten the series of events I have the voicemail that you left, a recording of our phone call, and a testimony from a neighbor about the conduct of your crew to help remind you. Yes, you completed an itemized list of damage and came to both meetings with the insurance adjuster and I appreciate that. But you didn't do anything that any other contractor wouldn't have done in an attempt to acquire business. I think your associate Jay might have misinformed you of the communications regarding deductibles when he came over. I never asked for you to ""eat/waive"" the deductible. In fact, I know the homeowner who asked that of you so if you need reminding I can help there as well.
Furthermore, for someone who's been in the industry for over 15 years I would expect far better client relations. I might expect your actions and comments from an inexperienced entry level salesman, not from the owner of the company.

I called Houston Strong Roofing Company and scheduled a FREE roof inspection after the storm and hail episode in Spring Branch (where I live) on Thursday 5/9/19. They came out on Saturday afternoon and took photos of the damage for me. They showed me the pics and took time to explain my options. They work with all insurance companies. I was so surprised at how quickly they got out here! By Sunday there was a team of 3 on my roof repairing all the damage! Every person I encountered was kind, polite and patient. I will never use another roofing company, and cannot recommend Houston Strong Roofing Company highly enough! They are locally owned and have a wonderful team who really care!
