This company replaced my neighbors roof and left debris in MY yard. I have made multiple attempts to get this company to come clean up the shingles that landed on my AC units and on the side of my house but they will not return my messages.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NEW ERA CONSTRUCTION!!! The owner Gary Brennan is a crook, that doesn't pay his employees, none of his workers are trained or legal ""roofers"" they will damage your roof so he can take more of your insurance money!!!! He's never attended Texas A&M and he floats from one company to another! This owner isn't even man enough to call back his sales reps that made him money and pay them. This owner is currently under an investigation for not paying his reps, DO NOT GO TO THIS ""SUB-CONTRACT"" company. DONT GET SCREWED OVER by this lousy company. Not alone I'm a U.S Army Infantry Veteran that just got out 3 years ago, so these crooks are not trustworthy what so ever! I was waiting to get paid by them for so long I was almost homeless because GARY BRENNAN the owner kept lying to me saying he will pay me. It's been 6 months and nothing!!! Go with (PARA TEX Roofing) and talk to Shea Sikes, a Airborne Veteran that actually went to A&M and Graduated! This is a Veteran owned company that doesn't SUB CONTRACT or screw over customers or employees!

New Era Construction. Stay away! From the moment we started our roofing project it was a negotiation then a RE-negotiation then a Re-negotiation. I worked with Gary and he is not of his word. The company in Fact does NONE of the work he just SUB contracts it all out. I spoke with all the companies and he is paying them much less then he should. What I was promised was not what I got and when my neighbor used this company I heard Gary on the roof with the insurance people scamming his way to get it approved. It was fraud. Then when my neighbor used the New Era construction for the roof Gary wouldn't put things in motion until he knew how much the insurance check was for. What a slimeball! Stay away from this company and use someone that won't take advantage of you. Also, what he puts on his contract is not what you will get. I am half tempted to take him to small claims court, but really it's not worth my time. I would rather make sure no one around me does business with him and has the headache or misfortune of getting a raw deal. Use any other company out there! Gary is a just a sleazy salesman. Best of luck. You have been warned. On top of all that I asked Gary to have the owner call me to discuss....yup...you guessed it. NO CALL. ?

Hands down the best company out there. You can not find any company that works as efficient as NewEra does. I tried fixing my roof a few months ago due to some minor hail damage but I never had the time to. Once I decided I needed to fix the roof I found about NewEra. They are very nice people and I would definitely consider working with them again, especially because of the fact that they work with your insurance. Overall 10/10.

New Era came out for a free estimate because we had a lot of storm damage in our area. We needed the full roof replacement due to hail damage. Gary came to the house, met with the insurance company, replaced the roof, painted our house and fixed the attic. It took less than a week to complete the work from the initial contact. Talk about speed and quality work. The crew did an excellent job, left the job site clean as it was before. I highly recommend contacting New Era for any roof work.

I am very happy with this company and my new roof. I know that they worked / hard for every little shingle applied. Will recommend. I'm a 62 year woman. And I felt they were honest with me and delivered.
