Houston Premier GC blessed us amazingly. We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Beryl. Overwhelmed with everything and Mark Crawford figured out how to fix everything, managed crews replacing our roof, our carport, our fence, a lot of exterior woodwork, my damaged workshop, and a bedroom that was water damaged. We are hugely appreciative of the quality of the work and the way that he thoughtfully worked with us to get everything done. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Houston Premier GC!

Mark is excellent to work with throughout the process. Excellent work, communication, and his crew did a great job and cleaned up well after the installation. Mark met with the insurance adjuster and walked us through the entire process.

Horrible experience!!! Do not use this company!
On May 28th, 2021 we had a storm that hit our area. The storm ripped large quantities of shingles off our our roof. Leaving holes in our roof open to the elements. Houston Premier, Mark Crawford was called on May 29th. He Sent out his employee to tarp and cover those missing shingles. Upon waiting for the insurance company to compensate funds to have the roof replaced, we had 4-6 inches of rain on October the 1st and 2nd. In which the area where the roof was tarped flooded the inside of our home; ruining sheetrock, crown molding, carpet, and furniture in 3 rooms. We contacted Houston Premier, Mark Crawford, and he refused to come and look at it. Having no other choice we called another roofing company for them to tell us the tarp was not properly installed.
Since that he has not responded or taken any liability of the damage. Completely turning his back on us.

After a huge hail storm in April I saw many roofing company signs in the neighborhood and spoke to several contractors but they reminded me of used car salesmen. Then I met Ashley with Houston Premier. She seemed to care about my situation. My new roof was put on 3 days ago and I can honestly say these guys are the best. The crew was respectful of my property and the roof looks amazing. Great experience throughout!

I took my 65 y/o house down to the studs and have been working with every sub you can imagine. None were as professional or easy to work with then Mark and Leo. Pricing was best of three, they arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and finished on time! Quality work and excellent customer service.
