I started my roofing journey at the age of 20. I started as a repairman and worked my way up to Foreman. The owner of the roofing company chose to replace me and my colleagues with a single crew that could perform the work at a lower cost. This led me to start my own business back in 1989.

I am Kevin Place, the owner of Houston NorthSide Roofing. I have resided in Magnolia for two decades. I raised my two kids here, and they both graduated from Magnolia High. I love spending time fishing and camping in the Hill Country. I cherish my summer trips to Upstate New York.
