I highly recommend Houseprep. I hired Howard to perform gutter services. Howard is knowledgeable. He and his helper are very professional and efficient. Not only did he clean the gutters, but he checked out the overall condition of the roof and inspected our solar panels for bird nesting. Howard took pictures to show me what he saw and made recommendations.

We were referred to Houseprep by a neighbor, and I couldn't be more pleased! We have a tile roof, that had accumulated a lot of moss in the crevices, which prevented the proper flow of water off the roof. This can be a big problem with the rainy season approaching. We also had them clean the gutters & repair roof flashings & cracked tiles. Howard & Jeff updated us every step of the way & took before & after pictures, which is so important, because you can't actually see the roof yourself. These guys really seem to love what they do & care about their customers. Their rates were also very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!!

We hired Howard to clean our gutters and down spouts. He did an excellent job, and also replaced inappropriate roof vent covers put in by the building contractor which is a common problem in our particular subdivision. He provided us with before and after pictures as well. He is the first company of this type who actually got our gutters working properly and we will hire House Prep again.

Howard was amazing. We hired him to power wash our decks, railings, walkways, and teak furniture. The decking required TLC and the results are beyond our expectations. The teak furniture looks like new and everything has very little""fuzz"" that you get from companies that use too heavy of a spray to get the job done quickly. You may pay a little more for the service than the competition , but the results are beyond comparison. Highly recommend.
