We had used house prep before on our old house. They did a wonderful job then and they did not disappoint us this time. We had built a new house but we now have a ton of leaves building up on the roof and blocking the cutter system. They were able to come out almost immediately assessed what needed to be done and did it.

Well I love most about them is they know they're going to make a mess by blowing the leaves off the roof. So first they blow. Then they run water over to clean everything including the gutters and then they go down to the ground and they clean up the leaves. They've dropped down there. You don't have to worry about them making a mess in your back or your front yard. It keeps us from slipping on leaves and at our age that's very important.

Howard and Jeffrey are both consummate professionals and we are very grateful we found them!

I've been using Howard and Jeffrey for many years now. They clean the gutters, flush the downspouts, and, after taking photos to show you, do repairs and patching where needed. They are responsive, quick and thorough and I've confidently referred them to neighbors. They're also good guys!

Guess Howard and his crew are so busy that they can waste people's time and then just ghost you.

Had an appointment setup for an estimate to come out to do a roof cleaning in preparation for solar install, something Howard said they are experts at due to the amount they've done before. One of his employees came out, inspected the roof and said we'd need to let them know where the solar panels were being located and to contact Howard so we can email him the solar plans.

What Howard didn't say, so I'm saying it here for his potential future inquires, is that he'll waste your time with a site visit, insuring someone has to be home, then once done, they don't call you, reach out or contact you in anyway. I know it's everyone's prerogative to do business with who they please, but wanted to forewarn others to just make sure you're not wasting time with companies that waste yours.

Jeff is really passionate, hardworking and knowledgeable professional. Both Jeff and Howard provided exceptional customer service and rates were reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for roof repairs and cleaning service. It's a bit late review as the cleaning was done last year and didn't get time.

Let me tell you about these guys... Five stars is not enough.

I called House Prep to clean out my gutters. I have a concrete tile roof and I'm terrified of sending anyone up there because the tiles are fragile. They said they could handle the job without breaking any tiles.

I've had a leak in my bedroom for FOUR YEARS. I've had no less than three roofers up there, including some very highly respected roofers in the area. They keep telling me they fixed the leak. The last roofer told me to have the pool solar raised, which I did using another reputable pool solar company. Still, with all the recent storms, the leak got worse. It's was raining in my bedroom. I was depressed with nobody to turn to.

The last roofer I spoke to told me to have the solar removed, as the leak was probably under there, but the pool solar company, the only game in town, refused to call me back.

Jeff came out and did the gutter cleaning and told me they also fix leaks. He figured the leak was under the pool solar. He called a buddy to learn how to work on the pool solar. He got up there and removed it, and found a horrible patch job on a broken tile. Jeff fixed that, several tiles, cleared debris off the roof, and fixed the problem after I spent thousands of dollars on with three different roofers. Howard even changed his schedule around to get Jeff out here before the next storm. Every time I'd used a gutter cleaning service, they leave the leaves on the ground and my yard guy has to clean up. Not Jeff. He blew out the leaves himself.

My issue is, nobody seems to care anymore. I cannot see the work they do on the roof. So they do a faulty, ugly patch job and figure by the time it rains, they'll be long gone. Howard and Jeff really care, and their professionalism and workmanship is unparalleled. The latest storm hit, my bedroom is dry as a bone, and now it's on to drywall repair.

I didn't use their gutter cleaning services because I wound up needing to replace them. But they were super helpful when I called and quoted me a good price. I'll contact them next time I need gutter cleaning.

Howard and Jeff came out to view our home to see what problems might be causing the leaks around our chimney and over doors. Their assessment of the issues of the roof, their proposal, and the scheduling was head and shoulders above the rest in care, insight, efficiency, and friendliness. When it finally came time for me to pull the trigger to spend the money, I do not regret any spending in the least bit. I actually was happy to pay, wishing I had more to give. Jeff came out yesterday to do the job and spent the entire day in the high heat working not just professionally, but also communicating every aspect where I needed to have understanding of the work being done. He went the extra mile(s) on this project in many of the little things I witnessed. So much that my 7 year-old son was taking notes and wanting to give him a tip from his own piggy bank. I haven't seen people work this hard, at a calm and efficient pace, to where I trusted the work being done RIGHT. If businesses took lessons from Jeff and Howard, then I am SURE they would not only bring their profits up, but customer satisfaction would put such high value on their work, that demand rise as well. I like the job well done. BRAVO to Jeff and Howard. And thank you.

I am extremely happy with Howard and Jeff's work. There is a broken tile on my roof and it caused a water leak. I was cheated by some drive-by gutter clean guys in the past. I was worried that I could be overcharged again for a small replacement job.
But when I met Howard, I could tell he is honest and could be fully trusted. The price for replacing the tile is very reasonable. He also inspected the whole roof and told me there are many titles shifted. The price he offers is well within my expectations.
After the job was done, I told Howard that I am happy with the cost. He said that he valued the customers and never overcharge them. In the roof situation, I could not walk on it and I do not see what before and after repair. It was very easy that overcharge could happen, and the repair could not meet standards. So finding a trusted service guy is very important. I am really lucky that Howard contacted me through Yelp and gave me the opportunity.

Howard is the ideal contractor. He is extremely professional, thorough, timely, and responsive. He quickly came to our house, found several issues with our roof and prepared a detailed itemized quote for all of the repairs. He came out the next week to take care of everything and provided before and after photos for the repairs. What a gem! Highly recommend
