I could not have asked for a more professional business. From the initial request for a quote, to the estimate, to the contract, and then the work, Oren and his crew were nothing short of spectacular and professional.

Oren worked with my adjuster to make sure all of the work, which was required by code, was completed and included with his estimate. Even going so far to provide the adjuster with California codes requiring specific building materials, ensuring no corners were cut.

I would recommend Oren and his business to anybody looking to have a home remodeling project.

With the torrential rains this year, I had a chronic annoying roof leak that no one seemed to be able to repair. Every time it was 'fixed', the next time it rained we had the same problem. Fortunately I contacted HouseRus and this company was my savior. They identified the problem immediately and described exactly what was needed to resolve the problem. I had contacted 2 other companies for comparison and although HouseRus' quote was in the middle of the 3 companies, Oren's work plan, time line and professionalism sold me. We had water damage in our house. House r us respond really fast and send us the Resturation crew to start drying and to make sure no mold is growing. Oren was great with communication and really paid attention to details. They helped us to design the house and put it back in much better way it used to be. We love our new kitchen and the complete new layout of our first floor. They provide us with architectural plans and engineering plans. They remove some walls and create an open space floor plan. The house looks completely different from what it used to be. Thank you, Oren, and your team. You really did an amazing job, much more than we expected in an amazing time frame.

I had a burst pipe in a vacant home on a Monday and became aware of it on a Thursday, the amount of damage was unimaginable (Buckling walls, collapsed ceiling, and floor damage all throughout the house). After mitigation was complete dealing with the insurance was a nightmare but I found House R US via Yelp and Orin stepped in and handled everything with the insurance which helped ease my anxiety 100%. He fought to get all of my repairs done and some. The work done exceeded my expectations with high-quality repairs done in a fast timely manner. I cannot thank him and his team enough for the repairs done (my house looks brand new) and I recommend anyone who needs a reputable contractor to reach out to House R Us you won't regret it.

Our bathroom had a water damage and the water went through from second floor to the first floor, which also ruined the washer room.

Oren from House R Us did a pretty good job with clear line items listed, reasonable prices. And he also provided good help when negotiating with insurance as well.
The recon work was good and solid with all the professional he sent to us as well.

He also helped us with the HVAC replacement as well with a reasonable price.

House R Us was one of the immediate responders when I first put a request for painting in a limited time frame. I have 13ft ceilings and movers coming in by the weekend. Orsen came the next day, took measurements and gave us a quote to get the job done by my tight deadline. Since he's a general contractor, he was able to get me quotes for multiple house projects which was not expected at all. He is extremely amiable and easy to work with. We ended up doing an altogether different project. I'm appreciative that House R Us offers so many different services. A very strong vendor!
