In 1978, the company’s owner earned a degree in Residential Architecture and built various earth-sheltered homes. He moved on to serve as a Project Manager at a commercial paint and wallcovering business in Houston in 1989. He helped increase sales from $4 million annually to $14 million over 11 years before moving to The Texas Medical Center. He held the position of Director of Building Operations for three structures. He collaborated with FEMA post-Tropical Storm Allison to rebuild severely damaged buildings, finishing $1 million under budget. As he took on part-time handyman work, including deck building and room additions, the increasing requests necessitated his full-time commitment in 2004. We have been privileged to work in the Lake Livingston area for the past 20 years.

I am deeply committed to supporting our local residents. Many elderly individuals cannot afford necessary repairs all at once. I am open to establishing a monthly schedule or contributing some of my time. I take pleasure in helping young families reach their goals of obtaining their ideal home.
