I am very pleased with our new roof. Horizon completed the work per the quoted price and on time. Kudos to Felix Rosario, he was very prompt and very responsive. I believe he's genuine and honest. I had two other contractors quote the work and never felt as though they contractors gave me an honest cost estimate. I thought Felix was always being very honest. I was please that he lived up to his promise to return to the site the day after the work was complete to ensure the work was completed correctly and the yard was properly cleaned. Felix also made great efforts to keep me up to date as inclement weather impacted the work schedule. Kudos to Ray the project superintendent, he was friendly and kept the work site clean.

If anyone needs any roofing work done, I would absolutely recommend contacting Felix at Horizon Roofing out of Haltom City. I met him a few years back when our insurance company, USAA, referred a claim to them after another company told me that I would need a roof replacement. Felix and his team quickly came out and made the repairs for less than my deductible.

Since then Felix has helped me out with several small repairs like Saturday, Feb 23, when I had a few shingles lift in some strong winds. I called Felix and he came out today and got me all squared away. Quality work, reasonable prices and some of the best customer service that I have seen in years.
