Horizon did our roof ten years ago and we've had various leaking issues ever since. They came out a couple times early on, but started claiming it wasn't their responsibility and stopped responding to our calls. One leak in particular has become quite bad and our general contractor on a bathroom remodel had his crew come out to fix it this last month. Much of the plywood sheathing had rotted away and had to be replaced. Mold was forming in the attic and bathroom ceiling was ruined and will need to be replaced. The source of the problem turned out to be some flashing around a chimney chase that had been caulked when it should have been soldered. The caulking had worn away after ten years allowing rainwater to run unabated into the attic and and down into the bathroom. What a mess. Our contractor told us this was extremely poor workmanship that no roofer should have ever allowed.
