He is honest but unreliable and hard to reach. We had him fix a roof. He did a good job and we paid him for it. He was supposed to come back to do the floor of which he had already given an estimate but vanished, despite repeated phone calls and emails.

We never paid him for the job he did not complete. He will not rip you off.
