Noticed a leK on a where stain on my wall on a Sunday evening, emailed Hope Monday am, and Lee called me within an hour or so and listened to my concerns, and met me at my home at 12:30 that afternoon. Found a nickel sized hole in a shingle and through the wood beneath. Repaired hole, inspected rest of ceiling and repaired a couple of other small spots, then went into attic, not an easy thing to do in my home, to check for any water damage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Outstanding experience with this company! Met with all the top roofing companies in the area before deciding and by far Hopewell Roofing was head and shoulders above the rest. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are words that come to mind when I think of Hopewell. Their representative (Lee Corum) was extremely knowledgeable, honest, dependable and available throughout the entire process. He meticuously explained the roofing process, showed sample materials and answered all our questions. I have a large roof and they were able to tear down and install the new roof with exceptional workmanship in just one day. It looks amazing! I whole heartily recommend this company.

Owner is very disrespectful. Called 4 times to get an answer and the answer was ""who the F are you"".
20,000 square foot house. No manufacturer warranty letter in a year. No final release of lien. Work still not complete. Probably his largest job ever.
Would not recommend to any of my customers. I am
a licensed GC with over 30 years experience in construction. Every other contractor on this $6 million project has shown me utmost respect but not ole Andy!!

James and his crew at Hopewell Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Everyone was professional, on time, friendly and respectful of our property. The new roof looks wonderful. Also, each day they cleaned up debris around the house. Upon completion, they did an extensive cleaning making sure to find nails around the house, picking up any remaining debris and cleaning our pool decking around the work site. James came by several times during the work to check on progress. A few days after completion, James came back to follow up and ensure that we were happy with the results of their work. We appreciated the professionalism of Hopewell Roofing.

So, I have absolutely terrible luck when it comes to hiring contractors. Terrible. However, that was not the case with Hopewell roofing. They set a new standard of service for me.

I was in desperate need of a new roof, and the chimney was actually falling off the side of my house. I didn't know what to do, but I spoke with Andy at Hopewell roofing, and he did.

They installed a roof that I'll never have to worry about again as long as I live, and did so in the most professional manner I could imagine.

I experienced minimal disruption of my normal life, and they were finished with the entire project in just two days. His crews were very conscientious about making sure that the job site was kept clean throughout the entire process. There was no evidence of them after they left, with the exception of course of a brand-new roof and a beautifully refurbished chimney :-)

They have very strong relationships with insurance companies, too, and help homeowners with claims - that was awesome!

Highest standard of quality. Highest standard of service. Any contractor I hire in the future will have a high bar to meet now, thanks to Hopewell!

After loosing some shingles in a recent storm, I set out on the arduous task of finding someone to repair it. After multiple missed appointments, estimates promised and never received, etc., I called Hopewell on a recommendation from a friend, and am I glad I did. The professionalism from the beginning to the end was refreshing. In an industry(home repair) where customer service and doing what you say seems to be a lost art, Hopewell was a pleasant change. Not only did they show up at the scheduled time, follow up as they said they would, they were able to get my insurance to pay for the new roof! The type of shingle I had was apparently recalled and they were able to get insurance to cover it, what a great surprise! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced

Was not very happy with my interaction with the sales rep. He kept wanting to prove how he was right and how he was ""in my corner,"" while trying to claim I was trying to commit insurance fraud because I was calling around looking for the best price. He couldn't understand why I would want an estimate when it was the insurance company paying for it. I got into an hour and half discussion. Also, he went out his way to send me an email that made me feel insulted. It was a lot of wasted time and energy. Do your research. Ask for roofers to give you estimates and not just hand them over your insurance estimate. That's how you find out if the company is one you want to deal with. Not sure how this one earned ""Best in Forsyth"".

Cancelled 2 appts with us to install gutters, could not give us a time tech would be there. Says they have 2 other jobs they have to finish first, which is fine but don't make 2 appts with me and then not show up. James then cancels our contract because he says we won't work with him... Customer service is lacking in this company. Don't take on more work than you can handle and don't make promises you can't keep.

Fantastic roofers. Hopewell put on an entire new roof and it looks great. They handled the insurance claim smoothly. They always returned calls promptly. The job was done on schedule in the time promised and very neatly.

Notably they picked up this job after another roofing company abandoned me with help with the insurance company.

Just a really great experience overall.
