Joshua H.I was really looking forward to potentially working with this company. I am a huge believer in supporting our military and first responders. Unfortunately after 3 calls in a span of 2 weeks I have yet to receive a bid, let alone a returned phone call. He answered on my second attempt (a week and half after my first voicemail) and said he was on a job and would call me back that afternoon. By the following day I still hadn't heard from him and called leaving yet another voicemail. I still haven't heard back so now I've had to start looking elsewhere. 1 star is being generous... A real shame...
