I was referred to Honor Guard roofing by a neighbor who is a realtor. This company has worked for my neighbor on several of the homes she has represented and sold. I had my home roof replaced, I founf Jarrod to be ""honest' hardworking and very respectful"". He was quick, efficient and did a wonderful job. I have referred him to my parents, my sister and brother in law as well as my neighbors who all have had him re-roof their homes. I highly reccommend him. AND, his pricing is very reasonable.

My Property Management company referred us. I'm a board member of my HOA in Mission Hills, so I'm reviewing on there service.

Last year around March, a couple units had experienced pooling of water on the patio sliding doors, unfortunately it had leaked into the units and those with wooden floors suffered damage.
Their evaluation? Preventative Maintenances needed to be done. Okay, sure we paid for it. . . December 22,2010 one of the worst rain storms in San Diego for almost 20 years. . . the leak is back, and molding is compromised. . . stay tuned He came by the units and recommended that the gutters just needed to be cleared, but it sounds more than that. I hope this gentelman can fairly assess the situation so my property investment can last another 5 years. I keep you updated.
