In 2017 we did a major job on a house. It was in the $200K range and the General Contractor was the best.

We needed to cut into our main house roof as it has three separate attics to add solar powered attic vent fan's. We also need a sky light to be removed and some old vents removed.

My General Contractor's old roofer retired and he is now using Pedro and his crew. So I had Pedro come out and looked over the job. He gave me a price and we set a date.

He showed up on time and did the work in one day. He did good work (I put myself through UC partly working the trades so I know good work from crap work), he got it done in less time than he quoted and charged me at the low end of the quote.

What more can one ask? Honesty, Integrity and On Time and Budget!

I know I will need more work in the future on the roof and I will not hesitate to use Pedro again.
