This company lives up to their name.
I contacted them for a minor roof repair. When they told me they would do a full roof inspection for the estimate, I fully expected a hard up-sell for more work than I wanted. But what I got was an honest, candid, informed opinion, which didn't benefit their bottom line. I really appreciate that in a company. I'll definitely call them again if I ever need roofing done.

Tim Chevalier was excellent. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous. Everything happen right on time. He is very knowledgeable about his profession. I had several quotes on this roof, some wildly outrageous. He was able to explain the situation and come up with the most efficient and cost effective plan. Then afterwoods, he took the time, himself, to walk me through everything about the law.

Outstanding customer service. It took several phone call right before hurricane Ian, but we finally communicated what I wanted. I was looking for an estimate to have gutters put on. I live out of state, so everything had to be done long Distance and they certainly were up to the task. Tim called several times to give the estimate, set up the work, and communicate afterwards (of course, that last one was about money). One of his calls was to let me know that because of hurricane Nicole, they had a down day from the job they were working and wanted to know if they could come out earlier than planned to do my gutters. Unheard of from my experiences in Florida. I usually have trouble getting people to just show up. Anyhow, the next day, the gutters were up. Absolutely satisfied after heavy rains this morning. This company seems to be doing things the way we expected them to be done when I was growing up.

The professionalism shown by this company is amazing! I was so grateful I went with Honest Abe, especially after they introduced me to the new ""F-Wave"" roofing system, it is gorgeous and I'm thrilled. I met with other companies but NONE compared to their communication, also no hidden ""extra"" costs like the others. Their quality work, quality materials, and very hard workers get the job done properly and on time. I have already referred many friends & family to this company due to it's high quality, all around, and all who have used therm, have thanked me over & over. They came out and looked at everything and asked about who else would have a say about the roof. I had called for my MIL. She lives alone but like to involve us on her decision. She said something like that and they left and never to be heard from again.
