I loved working with HomeTech Construction.
My home has a single room with a concrete slab foundation; the rest of the house is on a raised foundation. When I first moved in, this room looked to be a bad attempt at an addition. This room was likely a patio area that a previous owner put four walls around. The floor was made of two separate concrete slabs, it was cracked, pitted, uneven and sloped. I couldn't put flooring over it since it was so uneven. I've talked to a lot of contractors and foundation repair specialists about solutions for the issue before finding HomeTech Construction. Others proposed solutions like ""push piers"", ""foam injection"", and ""floor leveler""(which evidence shows was done before at some point), etc., but none of them addressed the actual issue. The existing concrete was trash. Tino from HomeTech Construction was the first to give me a solution that made sense. The broken concrete was jackhammered and removed, a new foundation with gravel, a footing and wire mesh was laid down, rebar and epoxy were used to tie the foundation under the walls into the new foundation, and a new concrete slab was poured. Since they were pouring concrete anyways, Tino wisely suggested and gave us a good deal/value on a new patio and a pathway, around the back of the house, too. Everything turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier with the work. I would definitely work with HomeTech Construction again.

I highly recommend Hometech for your construction needs. I had a leak in my laundry room and needed foundation waterproofing and the replacement of old cast iron pipes. Florentino was available when I had questions and his team responded quickly and completed the project as scheduled.

I could not recommend Hometech Construction enough! I called them up about an issue in my kitchen and Florentino came to fix the problem right away. Not only did they respond quickly and fix my kitchen flawlessly, they also answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully. They even inspected the entire plumbing and electrical, as well as my roof.
I am super happy with the work and would definitely recommend Hometech to anybody looking for repairs and remodeling!

Florentino is heaven sent! My mom hired a contractor to remodel her condo and I began to question their work. I called Hometech to take a look at the floors that were installed because they seemed uneven. Florentino came by the same day to provide a free inspection. He took the time to explain to me what I should be looking for in a good floor install, he pointed out the do's and the don'ts that most homeowners are unaware and provided me with so much knowledge. Florentino went above and beyond my expectations, because he didn't stop there. He did a walk through of the rest of the work that had been done and pointed out some things that weren't quite right that I almost paid for. He saved me a headache and getting conned out of my money. Florentino provided me with the knowledge and education I needed to have prior to hiring these current contractors. Believe me, I won't make the same mistake again, because I'm hiring HomeTech Construction for my next project. Would highly recommend!
