If I could give negative stars, there wouldn't be enough to give them. Hired Homerun for a house remodel (re-pipe, two bathrooms and downst floors). It started off okay but very quickly deteriorated. The house was a mess beyond what was reasonable for the work being done and there was no communication or supervision of the project. Every single day produced one mistake or another (floors being completely uneven prior to vinyl install leading to loss of half our material/two weeks of time, wrong tile installed in the bathroom, leaks in the new piping, water heater installed only to find out the gas line was too small for the unit, then the exhaust wasn't installed correctly so CO was leaking into the attic, lights were installed without light boxes on a wood stud next to a sewage line, nearly all of their completely electrical work had to be redone for safety concerns, used two different grout colors on one of the bathroom floors--said it was fixed then the paint they used to ""fix"" it came off when the floors got wet (how I don't know) and ruined the matte tile, shower door installed incorrectly and scratched by the installer. This isn't an exhaustive list, these are just the highlights). After we fired them we have continued to find things that need to be fixed from them: they cut the wrong size hole in our new built-ins and the new fridge we ordered didn't fit, cabinet doors weren't square and had to be replaced, floors had to be releveled and laid, texture and drywall throughout the house has to be replaced because of poor worksmanship. We have spent more money fixing their wrong doing than we would have on the project as a whole. Their sub contractors are not reliable--there would be days no one even showed up. We were given a timeline of 4-6 weeks and we were about 50% done at 10 weeks in. Do not hire them, don't risk your time or money. It was one of the worst things I've experienced to walk into my house and see it treated with so much disrespect

Saw them driving around so thought I would call and give them a shot. Must have been the contractors girlfriend or wife that answered because she had no idea what she was doing and never even asked about my project. Hung up on her when she told me to email all of my info over because she didn't have time to write my information down.

I have used Homerun on several of my investment projects. Thay are a good reliable company. They used quality materials on my siding and roof project and followed manufacturer installation best practices beyond basic requirments, which is essential for warranty purposes.. They didn't leave my projects until I was completely satisfied with their work. The pricing is very reasonable.

Tony is a GREAT guy! I am a big research guy. I spent MANY days calling around and getting quotes on our roof being replaced. Tony was one of the few guys who took the time to explain every step of the process of putting the roof on. Since he knew I was getting quotes from multiple people, he informed me regardless of who I choose, to make sure that whoever did my roof didn't cut corners in certain areas that many contractors do. I took his advice and specifically asked some of the other contractors about what type of water barrier they use over the wood sheathing, and where they place flashing around windows, and valley on the roof. It was clear Tony was correct and some of these guys intended to cut corners. In the end, not only did I have confidence knowing Tony's guys would do it right, but they also had the one of the lowest quotes on replacing the roof. When his team arrived, Tony was happy to show me the products he was using, and was proud to be using high quality name brand products. In a day and age where many people are shady, it was very refreshing to meet someone as honest and dependable as Tony. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in doing a great job. His team also walked around at the end of the job and ensured that all trash and nails were picked up. I had a few questions though out the process and Tony was only a phone call away, and always answered any questions I had and never seemed annoyed. Trust me, I am known for asking a million questions, and often this annoys people. Tony was happy to explain anything to me. We later also had some of his guys come out and paint our master bedroom walls, ceiling, maser-bedroom, and do some sheet rock work. Again, everything went smooth and his team was very polite and made sure they cleaned up very well. We also used some of his guys later on again to install some gutters on our house as well. Again, everything went smooth and perfect. We will be using his team to do any future upgrades or repairs to our home. It is nice having someone you can trust to do a good job for a reasonable price. If you are looking for a new roof, or any other home construction, do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from Tony. Or you could just save yourself some time and hire his crew, because I guarantee you will get a great job done, for a great price!

After being 'run around' by another company, I called my Grandson-in-law and asked him if he knew of a good, reputable company. Without hesitation he recommended Jose ""Tony"" Vela, Homerun Roofing and Construction. Mr. Vela came out that day, walked my roof and was very honest about my needs. He took pictures of the roof and took the time to go over EVERYTHING with me and what to expect. There were no surprises AND I have a beautiful roof. His crew took care of my plants and left my property clean. The cost was very reasonable. I can not THANK YOU enough.

We got bids from multiple roofing companies after a hail claim. Most seemed dishonest and tried to go after all the depreciation from the insurance even though it was absolutely unnecessary. Tony was very straightforward, honest and well-priced. His crews knew what they were doing, and were very efficient. We ended up doing a new roof, hardie siding, paint and custom carpentry work on the front porch. The house looks great! I highly recommend Tony and Home Run.
