What took me so long to go Solar? Tim and his team are a well oiled machine and when folks are up on your roof, you need that added since of security. I shopped around and spent hours and hours researching, meeting, getting quotes and rates, while asking questions. Tim was the most knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I understood, which is making sure I'm buying enough solar to avoid tru up bills, and have enough over the course of the next 20 years as the solar degrades overtime (very slowly but I didn't even know that happens until he told me!). He isn't just a sales guy, he's the main guy that follows the whole process through beginning to end. He made me feel like he had my family's best interest at the forefront. I learned the most by him, and in the shortest amount of time without the lengthy ""presentations"" I experienced by others.

I have recently had solar installed in my home. After doing a lot of research and talking with a lot of companies, I decided on Tim Lunsford to handle my solar install. Tim was extremely patient with all my question. He always responded promptly to my emails or called me as necessary. My solar install went exactly as was explained. I am 100% happy we decided to go ahead with solar via Tim. He is an excellent professional who knows what he's talking about. I really didn't know who to trust starting out in this process. Our PG&E bills had increased quite a lot. We knew we would have to bite the bullet and go with solar. Any companies sent bids...but if you don't have good customer service...someone to go over all the details and explain this technology that is new to you...it's difficult to go ahead. Tim gave me many options..told me frankly what I did and did not need. You can have solar installed through Tim's company or any company that he is an agent for. We put a deposit down and are making monthly payments that are less than our previous PG&E bills. Thanks!
