This Company is absolutely horrible. They began install on my home in May of 2020. It is now October 2021. 17 months later install still not complete. I am getting constant letters of collection with threat of lien, yet still the work is not complete.
The original contractor damaged my home in the process and was supposedly terminated, doubtful, considering their over all customer service. New contractor defends the company, offering hollow promises of smoothing out the threats. Also, has cancelled his appointments to finish the job, twice.
Do not allow Homefix to butcher your home!!!!

I signed a contract and gave a down payment to Home Fix Custom Remodeling of Tampa in Dec 2021 to replace the eight jalousie windows on the back side of my home. The salesman took the measurements. They told me they wouldn't have materials until Apr which was fine with me so I could have it done prior to the heat of summer to lower my electric bill. In Apr they called to schedule the day of installation and advised me of preparations needed. On that day I was prepared and gave them the final payment before I went to work. When I returned in the afternoon I found that they had replaced the good windows in the front of my home instead of the back. When I pointed this out to them the only thing they offered was that I could pay more money and re-order the back windows, which would then take 4-5 more months to arrive. I noted that the back windows were the only ones prepared for work, none of the front ones were done so the installer should have seen this clearly and stopped before he began to double check this. I contacted the highest supervisor I could get hold of at the company but in no way was I offered any assistance. This company clearly is scamming people in their window installations.
