Joe D.Apparently they are the first part of an elongated process involving their claims adjuster and now lawyers. An endless attempt to get my roof replaced. I would have appreciated it if they had worked with me to patch the existing leaks until this is settled. I'm sure we could have come up with a price for such repairs. As it is, roof leaks/mold are getting worse.
