Felix and his team did a terrific job on my porch addition and roof replacement. The final cost was exactly what he had estimated in his proposal. No short cuts in the construction as they used quality lumber to complete the job. I liked the fact that Felix could do all aspects of the construction from pouring the concrete slab, framing and roofing. The team worked together to complete the project in less than 4 days from start to finish. I was very impressed with the daily clean up of the work site and the teams professionalism. I recommend

I purchased a home that needed a full scale and complete remodel. All the studs had to be replaced and the foundation had to be fixed. The house was in very bad shape but I was not willing to demo it. Felix provided me with excellent pricing and most important of all he was very responsive. I've had many contractors not return phone calls or just not show up. After Felix showed he was competent with the framing we agreed that he would also do the roofing, plumbing, siding, painting and yardwork.

Personally, I am looking for people I can do business with for a long time and people who are able to communicate honestly with me and work with me. Felix' Company Provide quality work for a good price delivered in a very good time.

Felix and Noe came within 3 hours to fix my garage attic ladder where earlier that morning my ladder broke sending me to the concrete floor where thank God I did not break my knee, see pictures, highly recommended and will definitely use them again in the future home needs.

We had a huge hole in our ceiling from where my husband nearly fell through the attic. They responded to my Yelp request within minutes and their cost was similar to other places, totally reasonable for the job. They were available way faster than everyone else, too; the hole happened Saturday and they were able to come on Monday.

It was a difficult job because the hole was partway over the staircase, and partway over a huge drop to the first floor. They had to make their own scaffolding.

They did GREAT work, matched the paint and texturing and everything. You'd never know there was an enormous hole in the ceiling. They were also nice and communicated things clearly.

We'll definitely contact them again if we need repairs.

Quick response, Milton was absolutely thorough in inspection and followed up after having a technician come over to fix my leaking roof. They even sealed up some shingles that were coming loose and he answered all of my questions and eased up my worries. I highly recommend this company!
